Do not order from their online app!!!!!We ordered about 6 different Chic Ceasar wraps from this place and they all were missing extra items we paid for, one had 2 pieces of meat in the unwrapped wrap and no mayo.I called the store and spoke to the manager who was very rude after trying to defend the wrong wraps that were made. He said "I know I added this because i made them". He then hung up on me after I asked for his name, I called back and spoke to the owner who was again, rude! I advised him there were missing items on the wraps that was paid for and his manager hung up on me.Of course he backed his manager and said " he told you he is giving you a credit",problem is he never even asked my name. He just Assumed I was the person who placed the order and not the one who paid for the order.My next step will be calling Jimmy John's Corp, because that was $60.00 down the drain with no resolution from a rude manager and an owner that allowed their customers to be disrespected!

Made a stop at this Jimmy John's location and nothing but great things to say! Shoutout to Kriss who was welcoming and so friendly! Our sandwiches tasted awesome, best Turkey Tom I've had! Highly recommend visiting this location, you won't be disappointed!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE GOING TO JIMMY JOHN ON RICHMOND ROAD IN THE CITY OF WARRENSVILLE HEIGHTS OHIO I GO VERY OFTEN AND I AM KNOWN AS THE SLIM TUNA LADY I LOVE THE STAFF CHRIS, RAJ AND SAMTHE STAFF IS AMAZING .

The beach club came with no turkey. When I called about my to go order being wrong, the manager was apologetic but only offered for me to come up for a new sandwich. We live 20 minutes away so it wasn’t worth it. The lettuce was old has it was closer to being yellow as opposed to green. For turkey Tom’s they only provide one thin slice of turkey. Definitely not worth the price.

I door dash my food and I received a message that my food was delivered and they never even arrived, so when I finally get my food they didn’t even fixed my sandwich right . This is the second time this has happened to me , i will not be ordering from them again . I tried to call and no answer, door dash shouldn’t allow them to deliver it’s always a problem with the driver

Arrived at 4:25 as they close at 5. As soon as we walked in they said they are only taking cash. My husband said he had a $50 and they said we had to spend over $25 to break the bill. Seemed to us that they just didn’t want to work any more for the day so therefore lied about everything so we wouldn’t order.

Placed an order for delivery, after 45 minutes I called to find out they had no delivery driver. Manager said he couldn’t connect to my phone when he called. There’s an email on my order, no email, there’s text message alerts on my order, no text. Manager ended the conversation with, “do you have any other dirt to air” because I had the audacity to ask why the app still said order received.
