The owners REALLY need to start looking at your waitresses. Every time I’m there we get the worst service ever. Totally rude. Ignored. Snarky and somehow always forgetting normal things like silverware. I love the food but a lot of people have also told me they stopped going there because of the horrible service. That’s sad. And I would be careful as a business. It will only go down.
Absolutely phenomenal sandwich. Wish this place was closer to home. Bring your appetite because portions are huge.

Stopped here after a night spent in Cleveland for a concert. After a night of coors lights we were looking for good fries and sandwiches, this place did not disappoint. Honestly, might be the best place I've eaten since 2020. Well staffed, clean, food was excellent, everyone working there was kind. We had soups which were great. A Reuben and a chicken melt with fries, would recommend both. Got some cake to go, none were my favorite ever but all good. Chocolate mousse stood out.

Food was good. Just don’t come here with kids. They will make you wait 2x for a seat because the owners have some ludicrous rules about where kids are seated in their restaurant. This isn’t a 5 star restaurant with impeccable decor. Lighten up.

Great service with Cathy or Kathy? Very attentive. Portions are phenomenal. Actually made 3 sandwiches out of the Reuben and nice, lean corned beef. Parking lot is a little tight but negotiable and I have a full size truck. First time but NOT the last time I will be there!

Communication between staff needs improvement about hours of breakfast to lunch change daily, hostess and phone in.
Came for brunch, everything is in play but we're told differently on when lunch was available. We were stuck with breakfast.
Soups not ready until 11am. Or deli. Only and if that.... They didn't want cross contamination which we understood but they've expanded the kitchen, they should be available for both. Soup sandwiches was all we wanted. 😕
The bakery has went up in cost again, 4to5 ea for a single cookie is too high. Or tartlet. And at least give side of potato salad or something with 18 dollar sandwiches... They are huge but it's worth to have the customers back.
Can't keep raising the costs on customers when you want to improve your prkg lot or bldg. It's called investment. Balance your chkbk. Not ours.
If the med vlg goes. Next Dr... I can see prices go up again. Ouch.

The Reuben is enough corned beef for 2 hungry people and very good. The bakery display is very attractive. No wonder Joe's is a busy family restaurant
