This Ohio City establishment has been a neighborhood mainstay and consistently delivers delicious food and excellent service.
We enjoyed the vegan nachos; the laska Asian soup with added tofu; and the pad Thai. Everything was delicious and hearty.
The vegan nachos had a light cheese sauce; it was not rubbery or synthetic. Pad Thai is always good here. The laska soup is a December menu special. It was good, but for my taste buds was a bit salty, and the saltines intensified as I reach the bottom of the bowl.

I went there today for lunch with my sister. The server was super friendly and helpful. He told us the specials and the Chocolate margarita immediately intrigued me. We both ordered one and it was absolutely delicious 😋 great combination of ingredients and it had a hint of orange. I ordered the steak quesadilla ìt was prepared perfectly and had great flavor. The scoop of guacamole app was great. My sister ordered the veggie quesadilla and she enjoyed it too. This place has been around a long time and the food is always great. Highly recommend!

A relatively affordable option in Ohio City puts it near the top of places to go if you live in the neighborhood. Bonus points for an interesting menu that's hard to classify and features vegetarian options from breakfast to dinner. Friendly staff, especially the owner who greets everyone.

Went for the Laksa soup, and it was good, but the wrap and quesadillas were bland and flavorless, so not worth the price. Service was very good, attentive. Place needs some upkeep.

Quaint spot in Ohio City. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was outstanding. I had the veggie Pad Thai, yum! Don't forget the juice bar. The Sweet Beet was delicious! If you are looking for a small charming location, try Johnny Mangos!

Been my favorite spot for years now - make a trip up once a year for my bday. Last year was rough - really bad service, order was messed up, etc. Came back tonight and they dropped the ball again - big time. Wish I could say something positive, but this place has fallen apart. Service was worse than last year, messed up our appetizer, then after an hour and twenty minutes waiting for our main course (ordered the bbq chicken right when we showed up because we know it takes a while), we see them frantically take our order out of to-go boxes that had been sitting on the counter and flip them on a plate (after they’ve been sitting there for at least 30 minutes). I rarely, rarely go out of my way to leave a negative review, but after years of this being my spot - we won’t be returning. As parents making a long trip to be there as is (with a rare means of a sitter), this was beyond disappointing.

Holy smokes... so freaking delicious! I was in town from Columbus in my friend wanted to bring me to Johnny mangos for lunch. I cannot wait to come back and visit. My lunch was absolutely delicious. I could lick the plate. We sat at the bar and enjoyed the atmosphere in conversation. We drink strawberry Long Islands and had the vegetarian Pad thai. I would highly recommend coming here anytime.

Decided to order the Vegan Pad Thai again to make sure that it was just as good the second time. It did not disappoint When in the neighborhood this may be my go to, plus added the chili garlic sauce So good!! Good portions Wasn’t overpriced

I think everyone was high. It was relatively empty. I saw more staff than customers lol. Took 15 minutes to get a cocktail. Asked server 3 times for napkins. Another server gave us someone elses food. (I breathed on it) regardless I liked our server (you know who you are)

Meh. We haven’t eaten here in several years but decided to give it another try. Ordered the vegan mushroom, tomato and garlic quesadilla- even confirmed “vegan” on the phone - and I got a black bean and mushroom quesadilla SMOTHERED with cheese 😑. Didn’t find out until I got home and I wasn’t going to walk alllll they way back so I dealt with it but I won’t be back. Sigh. Now I remember why we stopped eating here.
