No doubt food was great!! Service extremely horrible!! I have eaten here a Number of times considering I don’t eat meat and it was close by.. The young girl who takes orders, cooks the food and deal with customers was absolutely rude and disrespectful. I asked for a manager she refused and also refused my refund, after her attitude was terrible and she hung up on me I was afraid to eat there thinking she would do something to my food. She finally took my name and number and said a manager would contact me , here it is two weeks later and no one has reached out to me. I believe she never talked to a manager about how rude she was. I am a business owner of a small business and I believe customer service is everything. Food is always great but customer service is horrible at this establishment!!!!I will never spend my hard earned money here or anywhere where I am treated with bad customer service. It’s sad we can not support businesses in our community because of this , this is the exact reason I go further out to spend my money.. I will take my business to Lakewood where my money is appreciated and I receive excellent customer service, never have a problem there. So please rethink supporting businesses like this with poor customer service. They need to retrain these young people who bring there business down!!!
This place is absolutely delicious! I tried the vegan version of the Philly cheese steak at best of the east and my goodness was it great. I realized tonight that I could go vegan it was the better and not greasy like the real thing . I will be ordering from now on!

I had no idea the Juicy Vegan existed. And Im so happy I know about them now! I ordered the Philly, french fries, and. Banana split smoothie on door dash for lunch, and it was delicious! It was fresh, and flavorful! I can not wait to order again and try other items on their menu! I pray they continue strive and make it! I know vegan restaurants need all the love! Thank you for providing us a harm free place to eat!!! We definitely needed a vegan restaurant over here on the Eastside ??❤️???❤️?

I was going to a concert in Cleveland and looking for vegan food on a Monday night. The place is inside a fitness center. It really made the vibe fun to go in and hear the music and people having fun (it was hard not to join in). The food was fantastic and the lady at the counter was so sweet. I was so happy to find this place.

Without question, I am chicken, turkey and seafood eater. However, at a recent event catered by Juicy Vegan,I tried its Vegan Bowl,with protein. It was fantastic. So, I ordered it again today for my wife I. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We certainly will be back and try some of the other Vegan dishes. I highly recommend.Ivan H.

Dietary restrictions: I’m vegan and gluten free and was able to eat the Philly cheese sandwich. I was able to customize it a little by getting no green peppers because of dietary restriction (I stay away from night-shade vegetables). It was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had since becoming vegan!!!Parking: We were able to park right in front by the door
We were in Cleveland and just googled vegan restaurants and happened across this little gem. There are no vegan restaurants where I live so having a vegan and gluten free and could customize the sandwich because of other dietary restrictions was wonderful. I had the Philly steak box with sweet potato fries and it was amazing. It was one of the best sandwiches I've had since becoming vegan and the fries were perfect!!! The service was excellent. Will definitely eat there again!!
An employee said the restaurant did not receive my online order so I left. The owner called me and apologized for the misunderstanding. The owner provided excellent customer service and a great solution. I will definitely continue to purchase a Juicy Philly with sweet potato fries.

Listen!! I tried the Vegan Bowl for the first time. They catered for an event I attended over the weekend. I could not believe how good this bowl was! I could not tell this was a vegan meal. The ingredients and veggies used fit so well together. Everything was seasoned to perfection. Even the rice had flavor. I came back for more and it was all gone. I will be sure to support this brand. I recommend trying their food at least once.❤️
