Yummy spot for breakfast or lunch! We stopped in for lunch as a group of 3. Our favorites were the Honey Pie and the Diner Burger. Cute atmosphere and great service.

Food Is great! However service could be better! When I went to see how long the wait was the lady said 1-2 hours because there were reservations and people ahead of me. Which I understand and said that it was fine. I really wanted to eat there didn’t mind waiting. However she looked at me weird (up and down). I’m aware I probably wasn’t dressed “properly” but it’s Saturday and I’m pregnant. Didn’t feel like dressing up to eat brunch!Fast forward we got sat down and the server just stood there, didn’t even say hi or start the conversation so I wasn’t sure if it was him serving us. Well he noticed that I saw him and he told us if we wanted something to drink and we said yes coffee. Well anyways we got our food ( took a while, not complaining because I’m aware there is a lot of people, I’m understanding). Server never cared to check on us or ask if we needed anything. Yes, I saw him but because it was busy I didn’t want to bother him. But the fact that not even ONCE did he check does bother me.Instead two other ladies did acknowledge us and were super kind!As I was getting ready to leave he didnt even approach us and asked if we needed a box or the check! I stood up and got my daughter ready (I was almost by the exit just standing there). Hoping that he would bring the check but instead he walked towards the back (kitchen ares) and he didn’t even care if we had paid! I didn’t see him checking or anything ( which is why I’m saying that he didn’t care).Well I ended up telling the lady that was super kind that we hadn’t paid and she helped us immediately!I don’t ever post review but that’s rude!I just don’t like how he had conversations with other tables when they arrived and was so attentive to them. I didn’t need him to check often or even have conversations but just be nice to everyone.

Pretty mid experience, average food presented somewhat well. On the pricy side. A lot of fluff for not a lot of value. I found the menu to be a bit challenging as some items were very traditionally breakfast-y and some too heavy for brunch. So there was really no inbetween for a filling brunch. It was either a breakfast or a full on meal. Waited 30 minutes for not much. The Goldie's donut shop down the street was a discovered gem though.

What a cute little diner! The food was incredible and the service was even better. Our server helped us order per her recommendation. The breakfast sandwich was great and the Irish coffee hands down was the best I ever had-they make their own Irish cream that I could drink by the boatload. The only caveat being this place gets PACKED on the weekend. Like 2 hour wait for a table. Go during the week to fully soak up the vibe.Parking: Parking is on Lorain Ave, paid by the meter

This has become one of my favorite breakfast places. I always get the biscuits and gravy and they're so good I haven't tried anything else yet. Get there early and try a cheddar and chive biscuit.

Been wanting to come here for a while with my friend Cory and we were able to make it today!Even for a Monday it was a packed house for their cozy dining area. We put our names on the list and were told it was going to be a 35-40 min wait time. They take down a phone number to text you once your table is ready. We were able to swing by rising star coffee to get a drink and chat. Before we knew it we got our message that our table was ready. You reply back with a 2 to let them know you are on your way to claim your table. We sat down right as we walked back in.We started with a biscuit each. PHENOMENAL!! The outside was this gorgeous cohesive golden brown color. Nice and crispy with flakey salt on top. Then you open it up to this soft, fluffy, dreamy inside. Little bit of a chives throughout. Incredible biscuits. Never had one with such a glorious outside and soft inside. It’s served with a delicious fruit spread and butter.Cory ordered the grits bowl, while I ordered the breakfast burrito. The buttermilk fried chicken sandwich really caught my eye but decided to try something away from my usual crispy chicken sandwich order lol.Everything came out in a reasonable timely manner. The wait staff was great! As someone who tends to drink a lot of water while I eat ( especially if my dish as some heat) they were very attentive to refilling our water glasses! The jalapeños on my burrito we’re so flavorful but def had me reaching for my glass more often.I was team #cleanplate club for this meal and can’t wait until I can come back to have the biscuits again and try that chicken sandwich!!

This is one of the premier brunch spots in Ohio City. It's always packed to the gills for a reason. Worth the visit as the food is great and it won't break the bank. This is not ideal if you have a party of more than four, as the restaurant is a little on the small side. If they have specials, get them - they've been fantastic when I have.

Pretty underwhelming. It wasn't bad food, but I really didn't think it was anything special or interesting. I was there awhile back, but I had a turkey sandwich, others with me had this porridge type thing that was bland. Skippable to me

Small space very hustle, and bustle, but also very relaxed feel… super busy so it takes a while to get a table. Not sure if they have call ahead seating or if you just need to show up at certain times, but took us about 45 minutes for our table. The food was absolutely excellent. server was prompt and polite, but definitely not on a fine dining or overcompensating level just kind of flighty and cocky. All in all great place to get breakfast in Gordon Square but definitely try and call ahead for seating.

Every bit of this meal was exquisite - the staff was wonderful and it was hard to pick something off the menu. The side salad on my chicken sandwich was just as delicious as the sandwich itself.Highly highly recommend
