Well… the cupcakes had no flavor, there was supposed to be cream in the middle but there really wasn’t. The funnel cake had “powdered sugar” on it but it was just huge clumps of it (the picture was taken after I had already separated some of the clumps). The chocolate icing tasted like it was very old and no chocolate flavor. Whoever is running the place does not have a passion in this industry at all

I went in to order cupcakes for my son’s birthday, and the owner was gracious enough to accommodate my order despite their two-week notice policy—I needed them in just a week. While deciding on my cupcakes, I treated myself to a funnel cake, and it was absolutely amazing—delicious, melt-in-your-mouth perfection! It instantly took me back to all the places I’ve ever enjoyed a funnel cake.
My cupcake order turned out fantastic, and my son and his guests were thrilled. A wonderful experience all around—very happy customer!

I’ve been order from here for some days now the fried Oreos are my favorite well today I had a bad experience with the baker(not the Owner) but she gave me ice cream with out a lid and my Oreos wasn’t cooked I’ve called the company 6x no answer other then today everything is great

Popped in with my friend after some noodles across the street out of curiosity without intending to purchase, got sucked in by how fun build-your-own kupcake was! Got one with vanilla, raspberry filling, strawberry buttercream, sprinkles, cheesecake bits, and strawberry drizzle!! The staff member who made my cupcake was SO so kind & charismatic and I can CONFIDENTLY say this is the best cupcake I've had since Taste Love Cupcakes in Royal Oak MI Went out of buisness!!! Crying that this buisness isn't closer to me (KakeKutters if you expand please come to Detroit)! ?? Whenever I ever find myself in Ohio I know I'll be back!

My husband and I have ordered through door dash serval times from Kake Kutters and were very happy with our results. These last 2 times however we have ordered including today the orders were completely wrong. We ordered a half dozen build your Kup Kakes for a movie night we were having with friends. When the order arrived it wasn't Kup cakes at all it was 2 slices of cake. We reached out to door dash and they refunded our money but we still wanted the Cup cakes for tonight. We made the decision to call and see if they still had the order or if we could reorder and just come and pick them up. So we called 3xs no answer and they were not accepting voicemails. At first I thought it was door dashs fault but now I wonder did Kake Kutters just send what they felt like sending both times and said screw our family at least we got something. NOT ACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES FOR MY MONEY.???
