Pancakes the size of my head with fresh blueberries, and the staff seem to be close and know their customers. A little hectic on a Saturday morning with a ton of pickup orders but plenty of seating. Also a lot of really cool artwork on the walls.

The place is a gem. Definitely the best breakfast I've had since we moved to Cleveland. I would call it a greasy spoon, but that would be a disservice to the food and people.On one hand I want to blow this place up, on the other I want to keep it a secret. The location is kind out of the way, and it's a weird lay out. 2 HUGE breakfasts were just over 25 bucks. We went on a Sunday while the church crowd was out, but only had to wait about 10 minutes for a booth. I had corned beef hash, and that would be a gift to people with hang overs. My decisive boyfriend couldn't decide what to get, because everything coming out the kitchen looked amazing. Plus our waitress was a total hustler. None stop busy. They even had superbowl squares.Kid-friendliness: They had a kid menu, but I don't like kids and didn't look

Got the beef empanadas and they were DELICIOUS! Had the Italian wedding soup as well and it was great! Staff was friendly and helpful! This was my first time there since Kalie's and I think I'm going to go back more often!
Went to Chelo’s for the first time- we will definitely be back! Had the chicken and waffle special and Waffle combo- so good! Diner breakfast style food without extra added grease. Didn’t try any of the South American options but plan to when we go back. Server was helpful and prompt. Didn’t get pictures of food because we were hungry and the food was that good!

I ordered a breakfast skillet and a chelo's skillet and was very disappointed, I ordered bacon with my breakfast skillet and scallops in my chelo's skillet when I got it I was very disappointed because the bacon and scallops are mixed with the eggs and there was hardly any bacon or scallops mixed with the eggs and what was really disappointing was that it was laid on a pile of potatoes which is nothing but filler, If you ever go don't order any of the potato dishes because you won't taste nothing but potatoes!
