Very ordinary iftar buffet , if you are from India/Pakistan you will not like the food. There chicken roast and rice was tasteless. Usually there normal like beef pizza with pepperoni is better.

For the price, this place rocks. I had the most homecooked style food that reminded me of my moms cooking. The beef was tender and sauce was delicious. The shawarma wrap did not dissapoint as well. Chicken was moist tasted great along with the garlic sauce and salad. Service was good and recommendations made hit the spot. Would definately go here again when in the area.

Not an awesome experience. Waited around 30 minutes to get food order and they didn’t bring out one of the appetizers, the menu said $21 for hookah but we were charged $34. Ordered baklava, they said they were out but still charged for it. Brought the wrong flavor of hookah. I don’t complain or even write reviews but that was a bummer of a time. $100 for a mediocre experience and the food was half decent. Cool looking place tho ??♂️

They are visiting me from out of the state.I called Walli, the owner, the day before and he responded very quickly and helped me in a short time matter.The food was ready to pick up on time although I arrived late.The food was delicious and the portion was very generous. Although we ate 3 hours after I took the food, the rice and beef were still warm because of the perfect packaging!The rice with beef comes with two sides, salad, and the rice sauce, which has potatoes and okra.I like that they don't put too much oil or salt in the food. Great job!I asked Wael, the owner of the restaurant, for dinner for people who came to visit me from outside the state. The quantity was very excellent and the taste was delicious. The food was not too salty or too much oil like many Arab restaurants in America. Communication with Mr. Wael was very easy and quick, and the food was ready on time. Packaging was very excellent. We ate dinner three hours after the delivery time and it was still hot due to the correct packaging. The rice and meat tray comes with salad, okra broth, and potatoes. I advise everyone to order and try, especially for large invitations.

I have been this place 3 times, everything was good but when I went today, there was a private event and when me and my friend ask them for seat one of the lady staff asked us to go outside if we want seat go out side . It’s too cold outside I don’t know how anyone can be at that cold weather, so sad ….the staff need to talk nicely …….

My new favorite Middle Eastern restaurant in Cleveland, for its authentic ambience. The food is good too. Being able to smoke hookahs is a huge plus here for me, reminiscent of my time in Qatar. Full service bar with gigantic flat screen TVs above. Arabian music fills the atmosphere with delight & celebration. Just wish my wife & I would have went on a Saturday night (instead of Friday) when they have live music/dancing. But we'll be back. My wife wants us to return for both of our wedding anniversaries (Indonesia/US). My only two suggestions for improvement at Kan Zaman, is the dining ware. Wish they would use Middle Eastern styled plates/silverware/glasses/cups. The dishes are bland, non-alcoholic beverages are served in their plastic bottles, instead of glassware. They were also out of many popular flavors for the hookahs. That's the only couple reasons I gave it 4/5 stars. My compliments to the chef(s) for all the delicious meals. And the hummus is way better than anything store-bought.Dietary restrictions: If you prefer to only eat certain types of meat/veggies, they're happy to accommodate. My wife is Muslim, and all the food is halal (no pork, etc.)

Khan Zaman is a delightful place. The decor is truly impressive! However, some attention and investment are needed to enhance the presentation of the tea pots and silverware. Adding authentic Moroccan tea to the menu would be a great addition. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
