I ordered online and there was no option to add ginger. I also added bean sprouts to my fried rice. The person who answered the phone was so nice and pleasant. My phone broke up and she stayed on the phone until she heard me. Customer Service is so great here and making my little extra request not seem like a bother one is a big deal to me! Thank you 😊

Not a fan. Service was great but foot was not. Left starving. They told me they wouldn't charge me when I said I didn't like the teriyaki they brought, even though I ordered Hibatchi. So I didn't order anything else and ate absolutely nothing. What they meant was they were not going to charge me $10 extra for food waste.

pleaseeee never get rid of the surritos. I’ve tried a lot of sushi places and Kenko is the best, most other places won’t let me customize online like theirs. also you have all the ingredients I love to put inside of the sushi burrito :3 I used to get them all the time when I lived in Cleveland and i literally drove from Akron just to have another one bc nowhere else is as good. The price is fine I just wish the surrito was a little bigger >_<
