The strawberry milk tea was excessively sweet to the point where I couldn’t finish it and I got an ick. As well, the flavor was off, slightly sour taste. I was disappointed unfortunately. The veggie egg rolls were okay though. They came out hot, neutral viewpoint on them.

Staff attitude is really bad, no welcoming customers. The girl with short blonde hair takes our order but she looks unfriendly and kinda gives us side eyes when we wants to change the drinks (havent paid yet). She doesnt communicate at all.

I was left in much dismay after the excessive wait just to be disappointed with a very bad Thai tea. It was by far the worst I have had in the greater Cleveland area. We will not return for drinks at this location. The place was clean and well organized, but it doesn't make up for the poor quality drinks.

We only went on to order a Thai tea and a coconut milk tea. The service was rather slow. One person was on their cell phone the whole time, even while taking our order. We waited for over 15 minutes and they only put out one drink in that time. The Thai tea tasted like it was dirty or made with black tea, definently don't recommend it. The coconut milk tea was better but I've had better teas at other places. Probably wouldn't go back

Drinks were horrible. Boba was either overcooked or left out for too long. Milk tea had a weird sour taste to it. Workers even made you bag your own drinks? Never coming back to this kung fu location.
