2/3 times they don’t add napkins and a plastic fork (I usually get coleslaw), so I usually have to go back in the drive-through line for that - that’s if I notice while still close to the location. So a lot of times I have to double check for the napkins and plastic fork. Would be nice if emphasis was laid on making sure every bag has napkins and a fork where required before it’s handed over to the customer.

Waited two hours for my order...actually still waiting btw, still haven't got it. My delivery driver just told me he wants to leave, I'm stuck in an endless loop of waiting for my food. I'm about to breakdown. Want to cancel my order but feel too bad to do so, will be calling corporate.

I dont really care for fast food..KFC is the closest to home cooking..my opinion..Went for lunch...they messed my order up called immediately let them know I would be back on my next break told them.i ate on the smallest piece of chicken had to eat something it was my lunch break ..lady Said she understood told me to ask for Ken he would be the next manager on shift by the time I could get back and she would let himknowi wouldbecoming...The cashier was just as. Empathetic upon my arrival..gave him my food he gave it back and sd maam keep it for ur inconvenience u shouldn'thave had to come back...well KEN the manager comes and has a total opposite demeanor demands the food back and also deducts a piece of chicken from my order for the one I ate on..gas is 3.19 a gallon so between the gas. to get there ,the gas sitting in line ,the gas wasted as i had to pull around and wait another10 minutes for them to bring my food out..and the gas getting back to work..not to mention my time both breaks wasted gone.I.Feel The very least Ken could have done was apologize for one...and also let me keep my piece of chicken 😂..Funny but not funny that was petty and I'll make my lunch from now on..I'll save my 20$ per week aka 1,040 per yr Thanks Ken

I ordered a 8pc. Dinner and it came with coleslaw and mashed potatoes. I asked for macaroni and cheese, she said I could only get coleslaw.then when I looked at my chicken, I was giving 6 legs and two thile,no biscuits for $30 ,So if you go there look at your food before leaving. I will never go back.

Don't go here unless you have plenty of time!! Sat in the drive thru for over 20+ minutes, for 2 chicken Littles and a Pepsi. Every time it's the same thing. Sad!

I only gave it four because the light skinned lady that works there has the most positive attitude and is very nice she needs a bonus or raise she shows what customer service is all about she made my day you never know what someone is dealing with and just her doing her job very well made my day

Parking: Give the young lady who works the window a bonus I'll update her name you guys need people like her to keep your business flowing
