The stores in Detroit inner city will not allow you to swap any pieces when normally you pay extra for white meat, but if you ask for all dark meat they still want to charge you extra to make the change. The stores outside of Detroit are more than willing to swap out for their customers, but for some reason I can't understand the stores within the city limits are giving the customers a hard time for such a simple thing. I will no longer buy within the inner city & many others who I have queried on this subject feel the same way. Sad state of affairs KFC. Get it together. Stores on the eastside of Detroit!

The whole team at Clark is awesome. We got greeted as soon as we walked in. They made sure we got everything before we left. Bathrooms were really clean. Food was hot.

The ladies and Gentlemen there today were so very sweet. 12 pm sunday order for Justino. The place was very clean, The employees had the best customer service Ive seen in a very long time. The food was fresh. Thank you guys for being so polite and nice with everyone who walked in.

Chicken was disgustingly dry like it had been sitting there for hours, I asked for no gravy in the potatoes...got gravy and they forgot the other side I paid for, doors were locked so I couldn't go in, had to sit in the drive-thru to get the potatoes replaced. All around a bad experience and won't go back.

The kfc at 401 E Belt blvd was out of hot sauce today at 1:04pm. Instead of providing good customer service they sold me fried chicken and then when I asked for hot sauce the manager came and said we are out the truck didn’t run. Really they should tell you that when you are ordering. Probably over 85% of people eat fried chicken with hot sauce on it. I was really upset because I could have ordered something else instead😡

KFC is #1 best chicken. 11 herbs and spices. KFC has always been my favorite chicken shack. Chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw is the best mix.

I went through the drive-thru and it was a little. After 9:00. They close at 11:00. They were no longer making sandwiches. I guess they didn't want to prep any more bread. I ordered a two-piece dark. I got home and I had a drumstick and a wing. Little ones. The meal was 10 bucks and there was practically no chicken. Any questions that were asked was answered by the statement it's close to closing time.
