Absolutely unprofessional can’t keep up with orders had my husband waiting for almost 30 minutes made him pull up and everything kept coming out asking what he had but never gave him his food then he asked for a refund an too cancel the order they say no refunds HOW HE NEVER GOT THE FOOD LAME ASS HOES !! Y’all so broke and no one ever comes there clearly y’all needed the 19.00 but it ain’t no next time

This KFC has problems. We ordered on the app and the food wasn't ready when we arrived. They told us it would be an extra 15 minutes, but it took 40. The restaurant is filthy from front to back... my shoes were even sticking to the floor. The manager was smoking in the bathroom. When they did finally bring the food to the counter, we checked it and items were missing. It's just inferior all around and we won't return to this location.

Waited 15 minutes just to find out they didnt have half the stuff i ordered aske for my money back mamager wouldnt help her employee with that manager was more concerned about her bag of doritos then helping anyone this place is a disgrace and needs to be shut down not clean at all never going there again will drive out of my way just to avoid that place

I walk in the store. 2 people are standing in the front did not greet me or ask can I help you after i stood in the lobby for about 5 minutes then they said something. Very rude and slow

I’ve went this location for as long as I can remember. Since 2013, the quality of this KFC has been slowly going down hill. Recently within the past few visits, I’ve been forced to go inside to order bcuz they drive-thru is down, they don’t put a sign up to let nobody know before they pull up which gets annoying after awhile. Also, they never seem to have much products to serve hours before they close or served fresh.

I hate to leave a review like this bcuz it’s the last restaurant we have in this area, but if they keep this up, this location won’t last long either!

If I could leave 0 stars I would l. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and a 3 piece meal. The chicken sandwich and fries were ice cold and hard as if they had been sitting on to counter for days. The chicken wings were damp and had an odd odor. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed in my experience here. This place needs to be closely managed. I have never had such a poor experience with fast food in my life. And when going back to discuss my disappointment, the manager, she was rude. Disgusting. I will never eat here again, and would highly suggest no one else does.
