Food not fresh, pecificaly the wings, l been knowing the owners for many years, l don't visit like l use too, it a shame they was the best back in the day, the wings was never old and cover with a lot of sauce trying to hind it. I ordered 25 wings with no sauce and bought my own Kim's sauce for $7. When l got home the wings was covered in a lot of sauce and old hard wings, this is my first and last time complaining, ME and my family is done, this happens just to much.

I ordered 8 wings with sauce and 2 large order sauce on the side and when got home my wing we're plain. Thank God I ordered the extra sauce.

I love the food, but typically you can't even get someone to answer the phone to take an order at 12 in the afternoon! This is a systemic problem with the franchise. Stop alienating your customers with poor customers service, and figure out ways to do better as a company because without us, YOU CANT SURVIVE.

Entered at opening. Ordered a wing dinner with sauce on the side. Friendly staff. Food was promptly fast. Wings didn't disappoint 😋. I had been craving them for weeks. Coleslaw was good as well, but I was disappointed with the size. It was a taste, and I wouldn't consider it a small size side dish for an adult, a baby, yes.
