I love the food, but typically you can't even get someone to answer the phone to take an order at 12 in the afternoon! This is a systemic problem with the franchise. Stop alienating your customers with poor customers service, and figure out ways to do better as a company because without us, YOU CANT SURVIVE.

Entered at opening. Ordered a wing dinner with sauce on the side. Friendly staff. Food was promptly fast. Wings didn't disappoint 😋. I had been craving them for weeks. Coleslaw was good as well, but I was disappointed with the size. It was a taste, and I wouldn't consider it a small size side dish for an adult, a baby, yes.

Sometimes the food is perfect but other times its been siting out then warm sauce is pored over it. The customer service is not good. The location is very and area is not safe. But I still support Kims and my black community. I will always come to Kims for wings and Ribs

TERRIBLE! They lost my ticket, and when I asked if they had my food, the girl got an attitude. Then a few minutes later, after everybody after me had been called, she found the ticketless food and it was mine. They were calling for me, but I ordered 12 wings. They kept calling for 10 wings. This is a bottomless pit of dirt, rude employees, and horrible service. It comes from the boughs of hell!

Ordered food via DoorDash. The chicken was stuck together and not fully cooked in the flaps, fries ice cold and I paid for sauce on everything. I had a drizzle of sauce on the chicken (which entire dinner ended up in the garbage). I paid $50 for trash… unbelievable
