Awful service. Walked in at 4:45 to a barista too busy playing chess with their friend and using the excuse they close soon to serve us. Experienced three customers turned away due to this.

They only ever have 1 barista working who is running around trying to finish every order by themselves. I’ve been in twice. They don’t seem to have much training. Didn’t tamp the espresso. Sweet girl, just overwhelmed! Hire more staff!!

Bacon egg and cheese croissant was a bit burnt, but also rubbery as if it was microwaved too long.
The coffee is alright and the decor/atmosphere is fine.

Not entirely sure what was going on today (9/28), but it seemed as if the store was being ran by two inexperienced kids. One was pretty rude when interacting with them, the other was more focused on talking than fulfilling orders correctly. Lots of mistakes were being made. Lots of confusion. My coffee was good but that does not negate the poor experience myself and others had. I would have forgiven the dysfunction if they weren’t rude.

Stopped for quick sandwiches on a Sunday afternoon. Just an ok experience. They were out of several items including the tomato for a BLT and we didn’t know about shortages until after we paid at counter. I want to go back some day, hoping for a better experience. Like supporting the locals but it needs a little TLC.

I have a soft space for this coffee shop. Used to come here quite often before I would take the RTA back home.
Overcrowded, customer service not great. No friendly faces in sight. Waiter was alone but she couldve at least been nicer. It was me and my sister’s first time coming here. Straws are not big enough for the smoothie, mine keeps clogging when i go to drink.

Place it’s cool, they have chess to play while enjoying your coffee, service was good. Food not so good, I ordered a bagel and added avocado but the avocado tasted as it was rotten. Would come back for chocolate or hot cocoa but no for breakfast.
