Always delicious. I usually get the dolsot bibimbap and it feels like a treat. If you're patient you can get the rice nice and crispy on the bottom of the bowl. However, it's HOT. I lack restraint and usually end up shoveling it in my mouth before it's had a chance to cool, but it's worth mentioning that the bowl stays dangerously hot for the entirety of dinner so be cautious.

Server seemed disinterested. Food was bland and underwhelming for the most part, but the fried tofu and apps were fairly good. Meat was dry.

Would I go again? No. But there's a chance that I came on a bad day.

The food was fantastic, the staff was wonderful, the atmosphere was utilitarian. If you want great Korean food, get here. If you're more impressed with decor & ambiance, get some to go.
