Place was average. The restaurant was a little dirty. Also went in to get a couple of warm, fresh doughnuts but that wasn’t what I was served. I could have saved money and purchased everything at a gas station.

I got the brand new 3 pack that has the light donuts, cookie dough and blue slush, I bought it only for the blue slush instead I get the popcorn one. I got the 10 count munchkins well no I order that got the mini donuts. It makes no sense. They aren’t the same as munchkins. Why can’t I get what I’m paying all this money for?

Very polite but the staff has poor management. All the employees are taking one order and causes long lines. Employees step all over each other, various customers orders were spilled and were given to customers with wet boxes from the spills.

Got a dozen doughnuts paid extra for cinnamon rolls for them not to have them, and the cost was not replaced. Then the ones I asked for were wrong, afraid to go back and get correct order not sure what I'll get in the box next. As far as what I actually received, they were undercooked and doughy still. I remember why I only go here once a year tops.

I am very unhappy with the service of this establishment, I made an order, I live a mile from them, waited more than an hour and a half, after which they simply cancelled it, simply disgusting attitude towards customers!!!

Dirty, slow as hell. The service is pathetic and slow. Be prepared to wait 20min for the worst coffee you will ever have the misfortune of drinking. The dog nuts are overpriced hot garbage. The staff is rude and SLOW.
