On the way home I decide donuts sound good. I check the app and it shows the hot light is on. I pull in and the hot light is on from the window. I get 3 donuts from drive through in a box. As I'm driving I open the box to steal a bite of one and they're the most dried out, old donuts I've seen, like what you would expect from the back of your car after a week. The staff were friendly and did nothing wrong, but why would you serve these?? The picture doesn't do it justice, as soon as I saw I knew they were going to be terrible. I did try one and they had an off taste, so I threw it all away when I got home. A waste of $5.50 and dealing with more traffic was extremely frustrating.
I've usually ignored their hot light as it's a roll of the dice if they're actually serving hot donuts, I made the mistake today of trusting it and for the price you're better off supporting a local shop like Royal Donut or Donut Scene.

The customer service here was pitiful. I couldn't believe how rude they were to the couple in front of me and then with me. I walked out. I will never return. Off to Dunkin Donuts.

Donovan was super kind, he explained everything, great customer service. This specific location was amazing!! Also the donuts were really soft and fresh. People like Donovan make me look forward to coming back. 🤗
We ordered a half dozen donuts for delivery. Maybe because it was later in the day that we received dried out, hard donuts. This was first experience and definitely my last. We prefer fresh donuts that don’t come from a chain establishment.

I came here to try the special donut, which is the strawberry glazed, and they were out of them after I stood waiting in line for over five minutes, while there were multiple employees who could have helped me but they were too busy talking to other people who were not employees.May be their boyfriend or somebody.I don't know all I know is I left with nothing.
