The last five times I’ve been here they’ve never have the new donuts and their iced machine is always “broken” like McDonald’s ice cream machine. Ridiculous

This is ridiculous and something has to be done the 6261 mayfield rd location in mayfield heights is a joke and yaw don’t even care.This has been my 2nd complaint against this location. You guys send us a promotion to for the 2nd saying come between 5-7 to get a hot glaze donuts for $7.99. Me and my fiancé make plans i placed a online order to be picked up at 5:15pm she went to the chick fil a up the street and came back at 5pm no light was on but around 510pm the light came on my fiancé goes into the location and although the light was on there were no donuts being made she asked the manager and she said the light was on at 3pm and they just cut it off but the promotion says between 5-7 she then lied and said the promotion was not for hot donuts and for any donut in the store she then told her she didn’t know how long it would take before returning and saying we would have to wait another 45 mins so explain how a 5:15 mobile order turns into a 7pm pickup time we then got a refund only to see the donut cook outside getting shoes from his mom instead of making the donuts i’m sure this won’t be the only complaint but do u guys even care i would like to be contacted and compensated for this 2nd horrible experience on top of the fact she spent 40 mins waiting while our food got cold in the car this is ridiculous and something needs to be done i will be posting this any and everywhere i can HORRIBLE

Everytime I receive a promotion either with a discount or hot light promotion this store never participates they say oh we not doing that or the light isn’t being turned on they never have fresh donuts or put the hotlight on which is the reason my wife goes to krispy kreme after reading these reviews this store is clearly falling off and nothing is being down their is no management here i’ve attached the promo i received today and i’ll be back and watch no hot light or promo after we drive 30 mins to take advantage of it smh

Not only did I wait quite some time before my order was taken, the doughnuts were dry. Beyond disappointing. Usually I eat 1 on the way, unfortunately this time I did not. This order would've been returned for a refund!

This store is miserable at best. Place an online order for pickup the following day, just to drive 30 minutes to be told they haven’t had the ingredients to make the Harry Potter donuts in 2 weeks and their latte machine is broken. Asked for a return and stated a phone call would have been nice. The manager was an absolutely miserable person, who has no business working with the public. She starts yelling at me that she did call, I just didn’t answer the call. Told her I did not have any missed call so she didn’t call. Continues to yell at me, saying don’t tell her what she did, because she did call. Next she shows me my order ticket and her phone and says “isn’t that your number?” I said “yes on the order that’s my number but not on your phone because you dialed incorrect and the last number is wrong”. This sets her off an another tantrum and is again yelling at me in front of other customers. Finally after 30 minutes I received a email stating my credit card is being refunded, hopefully that actually happens. Krispy Kreme should be embarrassed to have such a person working for them, especially in management. As a first time customer we will never again visit a business with such poor customer service and we still have tried their product.

I tried to place on online order for a box of donuts as I was passing through and I wanted to try the new Harry Potter flavors. The online order was confirmed. When I got to the store shortly after they did not have my order. When I asked about it, I was told they didn’t have that, like…any of it. At 11am they were completely cleaned out. They didn’t try to help me with my refund and wouldn’t even offer me some of the other donuts they did have. My card was still charged for the full order. I was ignored for ten minutes and then I left. Worst service I’ve ever had.

Very awful experience Saturday 8/30/25.
First off the young girl taking my order moaned into the speaker when I asked for two original glazed and a Harry Potter sorting hat doughnut as if I was inconveniencing her. Second, the hot doughnut light was on and she proceeded to give me 2 stale and old doughnuts. I asked her if I could get 2 hot doughnuts as I saw them coming down the line and she exclaimed to me that they weren't ready yet. Upon checking my receipt and bank account, I was charged for 4 doughnuts and only received three. I will not be back to this location.

Waited for a server and when we finally got there, they had nothing in the cases. There's a big Harry Potter display with special donuts and there were none made. Really disappointed in this shop.

Pre-ordered the Harry Potter donuts cuz we live far away and they run out fast. Ordered donuts at 8am, and its now 6pm, drive all the way there for them to be out of most of them. This is the 2nd time this has happened the first time being the eclipse donuts. Do better, not all of us live 2 minutes away. Im furious, if they are in this high of demand make more, its not that complicated. Ill drive an hour and a half to the Erie PA location before I ever come back here. BYE! All we got were apologies, had to cancel the ordered and get a refund so we decided to get the kids donuts after all, manager couldn't even offer a discount for the troubles, if your out of something turn it off on your app, according to your other reviews this is a common problem, time, money, and gas wasted and not even a free donut or discount for the headache. Place is garbage, thanks for doing nothing to make things right!
