Won't be backI showed the sticker for voting and they had to verify it twice.I guess I didn't seem like vote! Plus, my order 2 pops, and 4 donuts was $11.53. My card was charged $13.53. I never would have tipped these people.

The worst slowest place. Ordered online went through drive thru was told I had to go inside. I went inside and the workers moved like they were high. I ordered a green slime drink and they just gave me yellow lemonade drink instead. No cup holder knowing and seeing I had 4 drinks and two boxes. Only went because they were the only one selling the glazed cinnamon roll but that was stale which is crazy because they only sell them on Sundays! Would not recommend until they get new workers or management! Absolutely ruined my Sunday morning!

This location is disappointing. One visit I was stuck in drive thru for a crazy amount of time. The next time they didn’t have much to choose from and the shop was a mess. I hope they get it together.

drove 45 mins for an incorrect order that was placed online.
customer service was super sad. i recieved half my order (guess we cant count) the other donuts i ordered were apparently just sold out ... so instead i was just given SOME of my order. asked for a refund, & apparently they cant give you one.
NEVER again will i come to this location.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Go to the one on Pearl Rd. in Middleburg Heights. Went yesterday at 5:30pm, the "Hot Doughnuts" sign was on. Went through and ordered half a dozen HOT donuts. After paying, we received 6 cold donuts. When I told the employee they were cold and I ordered the hot ones, he proceeded to gaslight me for the next 2 minutes saying "those are the hot ones" "they aren't always gonna be hot". Which is complete bs don't advertise "Hot Doughnuts" if you aren't seeing them hot. After going back in forth with the employee who wanted to argue and laugh at me for wanting a product that was advertised and that I had paid for, he proceeded to go the hot donuts. When he came back with the hot donuts, I tried to hand him the old cold ones, he said "I don't want them" and slammed the window in my face. Called to tell a manager this morning and the manager proceeded to do the same gaslighting as the employees from the previous day. No apologies, no one taking accountability, no one concerned about fixing this issue which has now happened twice. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!
Love Krispy Kreme and Josephine helping me was very sweet. However, I wanted to used an in app coupon for $5 off a dozen donuts (which is a significant amount by the way $16.49 to $11.49) and apparently the rewards system was down but they were using the system the entire time to ring me up so I know the manager could have easily taken off $5 manually but he refused to do so. I will never be coming back and taking my donut inquires elsewhere, so much for going above and beyond for your customers.

Sunday morning, 8:30am. I made the mistake of ordering two iced coffees, assuming there was a big vat of coffee made that morning, like McD's or Dunkin Donuts. I suspect the two twenty-something employees had never made iced coffee before. I also suspect they were scared to ask the 50-year-old manager what to do, because they paced in circles with pitchers full of ice for five minutes, until finally they admitted "we don't have any brewed". I finally received what was obviously two cups of hot coffee with a lot of ice. I know they don't take coffee seriously at Krispy Kreme, but this was ridiculous. Donuts were great.

When this place first opened, it was great, donuts were fresh.They were warm.The service was great. Now, there's been a change. I go in to get donuts, which are not fresh. The service is terrible.The last time I was there, the manager was out in the lobby on her phone. The cashiers had to keep going to the lobby to get her for assistance.

Skip this location and go straight to Middleburg Hts. Everybody here needs to be fired and they should start over. I swear I am so tired of the shitty east side locations and having to go to the west side for good service.
People you have to complain to corporate. They'll ignore one person, but if they get enough complaints about this particular location, they'll take action eventually.

I have been to this location several times and they have not had the cinnamon rolls once . I called the other location in Middleburg Heights and they said they have them every day I should not be expected to drive all the way out to the west side to pick up a donut that should be there at the Mayfield location.

This place often seems to be out of donuts. Seems odd for a donut store to be out of its main product. I was also disappointed to not be offered a free hot donut even though the "hot and ready" sign was on and they were pulling fresh glazed donuts off the line. I do always enjoy the donuts when I can get them.

Although Krispy Kreme is hands down the best donuts. The interior store is filthy and the customer service is rued and dismissive I requested one of each of the seasonal donors and received four if I didn't check my Order before leaving I wouldn't even have been aware. Mixed with how rude the cashier was I just cannot come back to this location I see why they have such low ratings and I wouldn't be surprised if they continue to drop
