Just wanted to leave a good review for this location. They were so friendly to my family and I when we were in and wanted to make sure we had a fresh hot donut off the machine. Then the gentleman taking our order was very happy and smiling the entire time and answered our questions perfectly. Thanks for your great service!

It's good donuts but a bit pricy . Overall ,it's good place but you may have to wait in line.
The service is super slow.
Went for cinnamon rolls and didn't have any or to much of anything else.
It doesn't matter if you placed your order at the night before for early morning pick up or even a few days before they won't have your donuts in stock.... Don't you look at your orders prior to making them the next day then make a few dozen more? You couldn't even make a frozen drink today.... When can we actually get doughnuts you offer besides glazed?

Ordered a delivery from them, 2 iced coffees and some donut holes. At 10am they said they're already out of donut holes and REFUSED to replace it with some regular donuts. Absolute garbage customer service.
Won't be backI showed the sticker for voting and they had to verify it twice.I guess I didn't seem like vote! Plus, my order 2 pops, and 4 donuts was $11.53. My card was charged $13.53. I never would have tipped these people.

The worst slowest place. Ordered online went through drive thru was told I had to go inside. I went inside and the workers moved like they were high. I ordered a green slime drink and they just gave me yellow lemonade drink instead. No cup holder knowing and seeing I had 4 drinks and two boxes. Only went because they were the only one selling the glazed cinnamon roll but that was stale which is crazy because they only sell them on Sundays! Would not recommend until they get new workers or management! Absolutely ruined my Sunday morning!

This location is disappointing. One visit I was stuck in drive thru for a crazy amount of time. The next time they didn’t have much to choose from and the shop was a mess. I hope they get it together.

drove 45 mins for an incorrect order that was placed online.
customer service was super sad. i recieved half my order (guess we cant count) the other donuts i ordered were apparently just sold out ... so instead i was just given SOME of my order. asked for a refund, & apparently they cant give you one.
NEVER again will i come to this location.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Go to the one on Pearl Rd. in Middleburg Heights. Went yesterday at 5:30pm, the "Hot Doughnuts" sign was on. Went through and ordered half a dozen HOT donuts. After paying, we received 6 cold donuts. When I told the employee they were cold and I ordered the hot ones, he proceeded to gaslight me for the next 2 minutes saying "those are the hot ones" "they aren't always gonna be hot". Which is complete bs don't advertise "Hot Doughnuts" if you aren't seeing them hot. After going back in forth with the employee who wanted to argue and laugh at me for wanting a product that was advertised and that I had paid for, he proceeded to go the hot donuts. When he came back with the hot donuts, I tried to hand him the old cold ones, he said "I don't want them" and slammed the window in my face. Called to tell a manager this morning and the manager proceeded to do the same gaslighting as the employees from the previous day. No apologies, no one taking accountability, no one concerned about fixing this issue which has now happened twice. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!
