There was a mix up with a third party delivery driver and my order was not delivered. The employee who answered the phone was gracious and professional and resent my order at no charge ensuring the delivery driver had the right information. Thank You!
This is a GREAT Krispy Kreme! They are Awesome! Their donuts are the best! They were making fresh ones when we came in and the man working gave us each a hot fresh one! Best dounut ever! I would Highly recommend!! The staff was all great, helpful, and extremely friendly! I live 25+ minutes away and I will definitely be going back.

Tried to go in inside at 10 AM on a Tuesday. Doors were locked (confused, seems to be the trend when reading other reviews). The drive thru speaker seems out of place, far away from my car. Did not look like a positive experience was going to happen so decided to leave.

Krispy Kreme needs to deeply evaluate the caliber of staff they hire. The employee running the drive-thru might as well not work there, based on the amount they seem to be unaware of the menu. You would have thought I was speaking Chinese, how many times I had to repeat myself. I understand that everyone has an off day, but based on my experience from multiple visits and reading other customers' reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. Donuts are still decent but be prepared for 20 questions to get to your jelly-filled reward.

Store was open but the doors were locked and you could only use the drive thru. The person working the drive thru was unfriendly and clearly does not like or care about working there. Having to repeat donut questions multiple times because the person did not know the menu at all. Will not return to this location. Would rather visit a donut shop with happy employees and staff who appreciate their job and customers.

Don’t waste your time drive out to Parma this has been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had at a Krispy Kreme. The store said the main dining room was open but the sores were locked so we were forced to go through drive-thru, the lady in drive through had no idea what donuts they carry, and she was incredibly rude. The drive through kiosk advertised the featured donuts so we asked for those and she said they didn’t have them, so we named the donuts individually and guess what they actually did carry them. It was a painful experience.

The lobby was closed, even tho the hours said it was open (3pm on a Sunday) so I went to the drive through. It took 25 minutes, no exaggerating, to help the 3 cars in front of me. TWENTY FIVE MINUTES. When I got to the window, they didn't have my order so I had to reorder which was hard to remember without the menu in front of me. Also, how do you lose an order in the drive through? Then they told me a completely different price at the window when I put the original order in. Then it took them almost 10 minutes to box 6 donuts. Like, genuinely are your employees ok?! Because wow.
I wanted to leave the driveway after 15 minutes but you can't escape because it's one lane... I was trapped in that drive through for over half an hour for six donuts.
You only get the second star because the donuts were kinda good, but I'll never be back. Forgot to mention this was my boyfriends first time which is why I wanted to show him the conveyer belt thing. He won't be back either lol
This place is a joke. I've stopped here multiple times to purchase donuts and coffee for my crew at work, the doors are never opened when they are supposed to be. I've then gone through drive through and because of how much I purchased, they told me to go inside. I told them it was locked, they then opened. When I got inside, they asked what I needed and the lady just walked around for 10 minutes doing everything but putting my order together. I've spent a couple hundred for large purchases every time, the owners of this place need to watch staff and management. They clearly don't care about your business at all!!

The last five times I’ve been here they’ve never have the new donuts and their iced machine is always “broken” like McDonald’s ice cream machine. Ridiculous
This is ridiculous and something has to be done the 6261 mayfield rd location in mayfield heights is a joke and yaw don’t even care.This has been my 2nd complaint against this location. You guys send us a promotion to for the 2nd saying come between 5-7 to get a hot glaze donuts for $7.99. Me and my fiancé make plans i placed a online order to be picked up at 5:15pm she went to the chick fil a up the street and came back at 5pm no light was on but around 510pm the light came on my fiancé goes into the location and although the light was on there were no donuts being made she asked the manager and she said the light was on at 3pm and they just cut it off but the promotion says between 5-7 she then lied and said the promotion was not for hot donuts and for any donut in the store she then told her she didn’t know how long it would take before returning and saying we would have to wait another 45 mins so explain how a 5:15 mobile order turns into a 7pm pickup time we then got a refund only to see the donut cook outside getting shoes from his mom instead of making the donuts i’m sure this won’t be the only complaint but do u guys even care i would like to be contacted and compensated for this 2nd horrible experience on top of the fact she spent 40 mins waiting while our food got cold in the car this is ridiculous and something needs to be done i will be posting this any and everywhere i can HORRIBLE

Everytime I receive a promotion either with a discount or hot light promotion this store never participates they say oh we not doing that or the light isn’t being turned on they never have fresh donuts or put the hotlight on which is the reason my wife goes to krispy kreme after reading these reviews this store is clearly falling off and nothing is being down their is no management here i’ve attached the promo i received today and i’ll be back and watch no hot light or promo after we drive 30 mins to take advantage of it smh
