La Pizzeria Little Italy

We were visiting from Columbus. Quick google search on best pizza in Cleveland and this was one of the recommendations. Glad we chose this spot. The pizza was great and the owner was even better. Came out and talked with us, once he found out we were out of town he asked my family and I a lot of questions about our trip, what we did for fun, where we ate at.
Great to see owners like this.

Picked up a cheese pizza with red sauce to try out. Will be going back for more. The sauce was perfect, flavorful but not over powered. The cheese was cooked to perfection. A delicious classic pie. Exactly what I wanted.

I met the owner who seemed attentive to his business and has created an integral part of the neighborhood. A classic pizza joint serving excellent pies.

The calzones and sandwiches are next on my list.

This was absolutely THE BEST GLUTEN FREE PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD!!! The owner was incredibly friendly and I will definitely be calling for the recipe😊😊😊

This tiny pizzeria is amazing. The pizza we ordered (the house special) was delicious. We had great service. Highly recommend it to anyone in the Cleveland area.

I specifically asked the (owner) was his pepperoni and sausage pizza beef or pork because i do not eat pork, he said its not pork its beef, i left and bit into it and it was not beef it was all pork , i was very disappointed because i do not eat pork for religious reasons, Its sad for someone to lie to make a sale

I am on assignment in Cleveland, so unfamiliar with the good local spots. Found this pizzeria on Maps as it’s close to where I am staying and they offer gluten free crust, which isn’t always easy to find. Happy to report that not only was the pizza fantastic, but the owner updated me that they were busier than usual so pick up time could be affected, and then called me when it was ready!!!! The shop is right on the corner and has the coolest Italy by way of Brooklyn old school vibe. Will definitely be a retuning customer!!

Hole in the wall spot - good pizza! Buffalo chicken was solid, but definitely better for take-out just because it's a little cramped.

I've tried it all, from the best pizzerias on the east coast in Boston and New York, to the rich deep dishes of Chicago, to a variety of cultural fusions. But, the pizza made here is by far my favorite. The pan pizza always comes out with a crisp undercarriage, plenty of toppings and cheese, and just the right amount of sauce. It's crisp and tasty. It's a great mix of what makes east coast/New York and Chicago deep dish great. Certainly one of the must-try pizzas if you are ever in Cleveland.

11/10 keep up the phenomenal work.

The only caveat is: eat the pizza as fresh as possible. As the crust/undercarriage moistens, the pizza loses its structure and becomes floppy. It loses some of its crunch. This is okay, but does take away from the experience and taste. I recommend ordering online and eating there or as soon as you get home with the pizza.

We are at the Cleveland Clinic and I wanted pizza glad I ordered from here very good and service was great only one person working he took my order and told me it would be an hour and it was exactly 1 hour I will definitely get pizza from here again if we are in the area!!!!!
