We have ordered from here so many times! Sometimes by pre-order on an app, and sometimes bulk order for parties or events. Everything for events has been perfect, on-time and wonderful, and the couple of times the wait was longer than the app said it would be, I got a personal phone call from the owner, who is a super kind, wonderful person who gave me an update.

I placed an order&paid for it earlier today for delivery to my Son’s floor at the Cleveland Clinic main campus because it’s his birthday. He told me it was cancelled due to “conflicting times” on DoorDash and the website. I was so disappointed that the delivery wasn’t made and I couldn’t surprise this hardworking Nursing staff with lunch. I don’t know what happened but it was truly disappointing.
Got a vegetable calzone, the only option was pizza or calzones at 7:20pm even though it said they would close at 8.30pm, the owner just kept saying that they would close soon but gave no time, felt very rushed to order and to get out even though the order took 15 minutes, I couldn't even finished it, felt very uncomfortable the whole time

Went here with a buddy yesterday and the guy making the pizza (possibly owner) was so rude to us. He said he count give us a slice of pizza because he closes in an hour. I asked how much a whole pizza is and her got flustered and told me to scan the QR code and left.

Placed an order on grubhub today at 11am for pickup of 2 sheet pizzas to treat my staff(hours listed 11am-11pm). Pickup time was estimated to be 12-15-12:25. I called at 12:25 too see if it was ready and got no answer. Went to pick up at 12:35 and they were closed. Doors locked, lights out. What a waste of time. Extremely unprofessional to not be open during posted hours. Will never have my business again.
