Jen (the owner) was incredibly welcoming and friendly. She took the time to explain all her homemade ice cream flavors and treats, helping guide our decisions. Her passion for her craft truly shines through!
I opted for the "Go Bananas" ice cream and it did not disappoint! It was bursting with fresh banana and warm brown sugar flavor and was incredibly creamy.
The shop itself is a visual treat and decorated with tons of cool memorabilia that brings back nostalgic memories. While you wait for your ice cream, there's plenty to keep you entertained with all the fun things to see.
The Gordon Square location is another perk. It's surrounded by other restaurants and attractions, making it a perfect stop during a day of exploring the neighborhood.
Overall, Lake Erie Scoops is a gem. With friendly service, delicious homemade ice cream and a fun atmosphere, it's a place I highly recommend. I can't wait to go back and try more flavors!

Went here on our way home from Edgewater. It's a cute little shop. We got the oreo pie and it was amazing, the cream cheese in it gave it the perfect flavor.

Ice cream was ok. I didn't like how everything is frozen, making the whipped cream have a weird texture. It's a cute shop and I'm glad I stopped. I doubt I'll go back but I wouldn't dissuade someone from going there.
Parking: Parking lot behind building but it does fill up.
Wheelchair accessibility: It'd not a big store but a wheelchair does fit in and can get past the door.

I visited this place when it first opened last summer and really enjoyed the unique concept and the fact that you could really grab and go whatever I scream you wanted and whatever toppings you selected also the decorations really nice and the two ladies behind the counter for more than helpful to help me find ice cream that was gluten free. They also have homemade marshmallows which is really rare and super delicious!!!

What a wonderful experience! Jen was so nice and helpful explaining all her hand made treats. We went for a free Yelp Elite event. The shop has lots of cool memorabilia and there’s lots to look at in there. We got a free sundae that was so good and glad we made that decision!
Currently there is no seating but she said her brother is crafting some benches from wood they obtained. So if you’re looking for seating you can sit on some chairs outside down the block or across the street there’s some tables outside the Luxe kitchen. Parking can be a little challenging but there’s a lot more parking behind the building in a free parking lot.
There’s also a lot of cool places to explore around. We had a great time checking out Jen’s shop and look forward to visiting again when we are in the area!

Came in yesterday after a long day of play with the kids and the lady at the counter was a literal ANGEL. She gave 110% the entire transaction and believe me anybody who's ever been a Mom of two babies under two knows that that kindness help and outgoing customer service is such an absolute blessing. The prices are absolutely terrific especially for such delicious and perfectly crafted ice cream. The coffee flavor was DELICIOUS and made with real cold brew it was amazing. And rather than go to the store and buy a $12 pint of icecream and have to literaly fight for my life t get a scoop I can go here and get a far cheaper pint of icecream tha is smooth, delicious, and comes with a kind interaction. 90s themed stickers for my old man of a husband too ! ? just all around fantastic vibe of the place and I'd say 5 star everything.
Parking: There is a free parking lot right behind facing the arcade.
Kid-friendliness: The lady at the counter was the kindest an most attentive person and was to both my kiddos too. The place itself has a fun theme to it for Kids with a school desk and lockers along with stickers for purchase. 10000% kid friendly down to the candy and stickers being at eye level for Kids.
