Bread can be better, pastrami can be a bit leaner but overall it was great. Pastrami reuben and their special sauce which is their take on the thousand islands is great, plus red cabbage in it made it delicious

This place feels like an old-school deli reborn — funky, creative, but still comforting. I tried the pastrami sandwich and a slice of honey cake; both unreal. You can smell the bread baking when you walk in. Staff’s chill, music’s on point, and everything feels handmade in the best way.

The salted honey cookie is insaneeeeeee!!! Also very much enjoyed the spicy melon homemade soda. Can't wait to go back & try more.

Larder always has the freshest pickles/vegetables, The best chicken sandwich we've ever had, and all the baked goods are exceptional. Jeremy and Allie and incredible people and encompass everything Cleveland is about. Anyone who is in town for a visit i always send them here for the Pastrami or chicken sandwich and the oatmeal cream pie!!!

We had a great lunch a Larder. Great spot and super friendly staff. The Reuben was great as were the adult lunchables. Definitely not your ordinary charcuterie plate.

I’m in Cleveland for 24 hours and I stopped by here cause I heard and saw great things — I was not disappointed to say the least. I got the pastrami Rueben and it was absolutely delicious!! I also got a side of fries and the koji lime house-made soda! Definitely recommend if you want a great sandwich!

This is a very cute place, with nice people, but our food was inedible. My wife and I both had the pastrami. It’s thick cut here, not sliced, and was incredibly tough and fatty. One bite each, and we left. Really could barely swallow mine from how odd the meat was. The potato salad was very good though, but we had to go out to lunch after trying here, so have to call this one a fail.

Larder is an absolute culinary treasure. You can feel the passion the moment you walk in—the walls are peppered with all sorts of fascinating fermentation projects, hinting at the wild and flavorful creations happening behind the counter.
The deli case is a feast for the eyes, packed with the most vibrant, flavor-packed vegetables you've ever seen. Chef and owner Jeremy is a genius; he had me try some of his lacto-fermented corn on the cob brined with Old Bay, and it was hands down the best corn I've ever had. It was an incredible burst of flavor I never knew was possible.
And the pastrami... wow. It's truly to die for. You can tell they take immense care in selecting their beef, as it forms the perfect, rich foundation for a sandwich that will live in your memory. This is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates real, handcrafted food made with passion and skill.
