Today I have decided I will no longer be patronizing this bakery due to the unfortunately also consistent very poor customer service. As echoed in other reviews, the staff are cold, impersonal, and rarely utter more than a word of acknowledgment when one is placing an order. Itās a privilege to gain the trust of customers willing to pay for luxuries such as pastries and boutique bread, but itās clear that no one working here feels that way. I no longer wish to pay for the experience of feeling like a burden when going out of my way to support this institution.

First time here. They make their own bread , different kinds had the hot chocolate . Sorry guys don't drink coffee. But it smells great. Allot of people come in and out getting coffee and fresh bread. Come and see.

White Boy Tacos
Stopped in for some bread while I was in Cleveland, and I was super impressed. I stopped in a little late in the day around 2 PM so they were in their happy hour. I got the plain loaf and also a jalapeƱo cheddar loaf. Because of happy hour, we got a great deal and she even threw in one of the small braided loaves for us as well, which was stellar with some salmon for breakfast. Definitely stop in if you want some homemade and local bread.
Need to go there early. Every thing sells out by lunch for pastry.
