This was very disappointing. I’m from out of town and had been looking forward to trying these guys out.
I visited on what seemed to me to be not a particularly busy time, (1 person ahead of me, 2 behind) but the staff seemed overwhelmed. I asked a question and the barista literally gave a sarcastic answer, then said he didn’t have time to talk because he was “in the weeds”.
I understand people have bad days, and fair enough, you’re busy I guess; But being rude was a bad look for the business.
Also, if there’s a line of 1 or 100 people, shouldn’t staff be able to maintain composure and decorum?
When I got my drink the espresso was harsh and over. I didn’t drink enough of it to tell whether it was a roast or extraction issue.
Like I said, maybe everyone was just having an off day when I visited- but if you’re looking for good specialty coffee, this was a let down. IMHO, there are a couple much better options literally right down the road.

Such a cute and classy coffee shop!! It’s actually very spacious inside! The staff were soo kind! I asked if they had a specialty matcha they said they had strawberry and another employee shared they could make an orange matcha latte and that it tastes like fruity people milk. She was absolutely right and it tasted amazing! I love trying specialty items that are different from what others local shops has and this is one. I would be back! Keep up the great customer service❤️

Hands down the most welcoming coffee shop in Cleveland. The drinks are great. The ube latte is hands down one of the best coffee drinks I’ve ever had.

Best coffee in the city with great customer service by Rachel and Rai who take their time making you the perfect drink. Everyday tried something for the eight days I was in Cleveland and it was always consistent and very very good!! Try the Cafe Cortado — simply perfect

I just went there today it was the only place open on New Year's Day for me to get a print of my application for passport the guy behind the counter a little short guy was very unsupportive and unhelpful I would never ever come back there again.

The baristas here go above and beyond to help you feel welcome and are super knowledgeable about coffee! Mallorie and Joey are the best - but Mal is definitely the top dawg!

I visited several times and found the same great service and quality of the drinks, some seasonal, fabulous! As a suggestion, they may want to limit the use of laptops, so more people can enjoy socializing 😊
Edit** Changing my review to a 5 star. As they took my feedback and addressed the wifi issue! Great service and coffee but wifi never works and cannot get work accomplished here. Fix the wifi issue.
