Went recently on a Sunday. There was a brief rush and it was very busy. staff did not handle it gracefully. Drinks were taking 5-10 minutes (which was fine) but when they call the drinks it was hard to understand what they were saying (calling drink name not person’s name). I live out of town but like to come up to Cleveland on the weekends and often stop at LEKKO for a coffee and a pastry or bagel. The place is usually pretty busy so sometimes it is difficult to find proper seating but once you get a spot, you're set. The employees are all very nice, down to earth and make you feel welcome no matter who you are. If there was anything I would suggest to them it would be to offer more of a variety of bagels and/or pastries. But overall, highly...
The place is the most beautiful café in Cleveland, but they really need to improve the Wi-Fi. I arrived at 9:00 a.m., and even then there were so many people using the Wi-Fi that it didn’t connect. Had to leave after so many tries of using the wi fi. (The password was correct but it didnt connect to the internet).
