I went here twice while staying at the Westin next door for a few days...much better breakfast option than at the hotel. I got breakfast sandwiches both times...both really good! Picture here is of egg, sausage, and provolone on sourdough. Really good sized sandwich for $8... sausage tasted like it was freshly made, a little spicy. Good coffee too. I felt it was reasonably priced and offered good options.Now here's the bad, which is why I gave 3 stars... The hours painted right next to the door say they open at 7am...their website and Google maps listing also both say 7am. First time I went there was a Tuesday morning at 7:15...they were still closed. Decided I'd try back in a few... maybe someone was running late... stuff happens. Came back just before 7:30 and they were up and running. The next morning, figured I'd try going at 7:30...give a little extra time just in case. Closed. Came back at 7:45, still closed. Tried one last time at 8, finally open. I didn't go back again the rest of my stay. Running a little late once in a while, ok...but open an hour late the day after opening a half an hour late? Really gives the impression it's a regular thing. Either honor your hours or change them.

Place has good food and drinks as well. With that being said the owner is incredibly unprofessional. He owes several employees a great deal of money but somehow has the money to go vacation. I will no longer be a customer due to this.

Awesome atmosphere and great menu. The owners are amazing and a great addition to downtown Cleveland food scene!! They support local artists as well and the watermelon gazpacho and smash burger are to die for.

i wish i could give them zero stars. i worked at let’s talk in april and the owner still owes me money. he has also lied on my paystubs quoting that he paid me but has not. since april instead of trying to pay us back he went on a vacation. it is now july and still owes all of his employees paychecks. please do not support this company.

Let's Talk is a great addition to the AECOM building. It's very convenient for the people who work in the building to have a place to grab coffee/breakfast/lunch inside the building. On the first day they opened (3/14/22), I ordered the steak (setup) on sourdough with provolone cheese and a side of fries for lunch. The sandwich was $10. A side of fries was $2. The portion was big and there was a lot of meat. It tasted good. I also got a hot latte with honey and that was delicious! I will definitely be back to try something else!
