Stopped in for a drink and had an unusual experience with female bartender. When we asked about watching college basketball she said she didn't think anyone watched it anymore. No big deal. It went downhill from there. Not what you'd expect at a neighborhood bar.

A buddy and I stopped here on a whim (who wouldn't it's named after our 16th President). It was actually really cool and old school inside. Very clean and the bartender was a very nice lady who made us hotdogs! Cheap drinks and atmosphere. I would stop in for a drink if I was in the area again.

1 star is to much! The most racist bar in parma. If u are a person of color you cant even pull in the parking lot without them thinking your a drug dealer or just there to cause problems.
