This little Caesars is always amazing and preparation of my food is always on point! Very professional monsters is always greeting with a smile and the food is absolutely amazing. This is the only little Caesars in the Cleveland area. That is awesome. You guys gotta try the pizza crack always ask for piece of crack on top of your pizza.
Employees are typically stellar but new, very thin workers, left front counter collecting money, to cut my pizza without washing her hands. Then, she was upset when I protested. She said verbatim,'I'm not touching it' (she was using a pizza cutter). It was super busy, but come on, follow some hygenic practices. At least use gloves. If that's her normal food etiquette, what else is being done ?
The only reason I gave this store 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes they do forget to include your dipping sauces or drink. Besides that, this store is by far the best Little Caesars in the area! I drive from Westlake to this store (30 minute drive) when I'm having a Little Caesars craving. The pizza is always hot, cheese melty and gooey, fresh toppings and just the right amount of sauce. I can order for lunch and noon, dinner at 6 or at 9 right before they close...
