Jeff was extremely rude and had the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I arrived at 9:36pm and he told me he couldn’t serve me any food because they close at 9:30. I mentioned that it states that they close at 10pm online and he said that’s for every other Little Caesars location BUT this one. He said he hasn’t closed at 10pm in years. Overall, terrible experience as a customer at this location. Would never come back to this location ever again!

The gentleman with the glasses I guess he is the manager is very rude ,argumentative disrespectful and just plain rude. Brought an hot and ready pepperoni and Italian bread. I stay right down the street literally 2mins away, I got home and the pizza was burnt and hard as a rock. My husband went back up there and the guy tells him that it's gonna come out the same way and wasn't nothing he could do about it. I don't care if it's $1 or $100.00 I work hard for my money and I should receive fresh food every trip. Ridiculous. Will not come to this location anymore I don't care how close it is

The manager at this location needs to quit or be terminated immediately!!! How a person like this could navigate through life is beyond me. Never smiles, never says thank you, very dry, argumentative, disasociatve, rude, awful customer service and probably an undercover racist! Don’t believe me, just visit and keep this review in my mind.

First of all they forgot my sauces I orders a deep dish pizza and it came with raw dough I was so looking forward to eating my pizza to come to find out it was raw but I’m stuck at work and that’s unacceptable do better on your food services.
