They tried charging me $2 per topping for a vegetarian pizza when they already have one on the menu. Not only that, it was cold when they sat it on the counter and just walked away. Didn't offer me any napkins or anything.(Update) I don't have my receipt but I did pay with my card. I ended up dumbing down my order because it was too high for vegetables and a spoon full of cheese on cold bread. I just got plain cheese. I really wanted to walk out but the other pizza were for some foster kids we keep and they were hungry

I ordered 3 pizzas and some chicken wings everything COLD DRY and horrible! They gave us expired sauce for the wings didn't know ranch dressing was brown! I spoke with the manager who actually answered the phone ? a side of bad customer service along with nasty food!! ? update: I did order food from your restaurant 16882 Harvard Avenue (Lee Harvard Plaza) on 9/1/23 order #214 I have my receipt as well and still haven't received my REFUND yet!! ?????

I have called this restaurant so many times and no one answers the phone. It says they’re only taking online orders and not accepting in-store orders, but continue to refuse to answer the phone. Piss poor service, no sense of urgency, maybe it needs better management but something needs to change with this location.

I ordered pepperoni and Italian sausage on one side and seasoned beef on the other side to get a pizza mixed with everything smh. They messed up a year ago and I decided to give then another chance. Never again. They don't follow directions.

Terrible. Terrible. Crust was soggy. Pepperoni burnt. My kids would not even eat it. I had to whip up something else for our Super Bowl party. It was thrown away. It was hot and ready but not worth eating
It is what it is. They're always busy so no time to chat and bond. Can be polite can be rude just depends I believe... the chicken is gross the pizza is decent it's little Ceasars what do you expect lol. Food is made with love though. Clean enough inside and out. Places to sit and park.

I am very disappointed about the service today at the Lee Harvard location. The Caucasian young came in from outside to assist me. She proceeded to open the area for my pizza when I asked her wasn’t she going to WASH their hand!s! Her reply was I was just outside! I responded you still need to Wash your hands, she put my pizza back. Said have good day! All she needed to do was wash her hands before touching the food! VERY UNSANITARY !!!!!!

Went there yesterday to buy a cheese pizza the guy told me there were nun ready I’m like ok watever so I settle for a pepperoni ? pizza so as I go to pay for the pizza he told me $6 plus the garlic better which was $1 extra so I gave him a $20 and he gave me $3 so I was like sir I’m missin $10 he said sure you are (sarcastic) but still gave it to me ?♂️ I will never come here again and guys make sure you count your change

Horrible!!!! my pizza was burt and dry, my cheese bread was dry and old like it was already made and sat aside, the crazy bread was dry with no butter or cheese this Little Caesars is horrible I would never order anything from here every again
