A very unfortunate experience, in what should have been nostalgia experience for me. I haven't been to LGS in years and was looking forward to bringing home some great food for my daughters birthday and sitting back talking about the memories. It was quickly ruined when I had to leave with a refund and no food. 😞 three meals was what I ordered, 45 min later, and when I finally got up to the register to ask what was going on. They threw one box in the window and said that should be everything. The lady at the register asked where the rest of the food was? Then she asked what name they were working on, and it was the order after mine. She said they are making mine right now as I watched the first box still sitting in the window. I declined and asked for my money back. I would like to mention they had a large order in front of me, this is why I tried to be patient and waited so long. The food is pretty expensive, but I was looking forward to splurging for the occasion. I want to add for the owner. Please consider checking your sewer line. While waiting, i couldn't help but notice the odor of sewage in the air. Also, another reason I wanted to take my money and run.

The food was good I just can't get over how filthy the place is the floor is absolutely gross the napkin holders have layers of dust i don't think the place has had a deep cleaning in years good food but I will not be returning solely based on how nasty the place was i couldn't even finish my food when I started looking around and saw a stickey bug trap in sure if the health department does an inspection they would be shut down do to how dirty it is
Every time I go around 810pm I'm told they can't make my food because they only have one fryer. Last time I was told there was no hush puppies and no fries but so I asked for corn got home and there was only chicken and I was charged for a full meal. Tonight I was told that it would take 30 minutes before they could put my food in the fryer. And there was literally a man and woman in the restaurant. No one else. Sad this place is horrible.

I was one of the first customers when this location first open and I've often visited there whenever I was on the west side of town....but never again. This was the worst experience I've ever had. The staff was all new and very untidy. The dinning room is being use for storage. The service area was filthy and the bathrooms are horrible....the fish for the tacos are now cut in half with an awful slaw and "NO BAJA" sauce...really?....thats what made the fish taco what it was...its a wrap ....this location should just go ahead and shut down.👎🏽

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location. The restaurant was dark and filthy. The workers’ uniforms were unclean. The fish taco portions were cut in half… and I wasn’t advised of this until after I paid. This was definitely my last time eating here.

You adjusted the size of the chicken it's a lot smaller than I've been getting . I was told it changed thats how you receive it now compared to the past . Since you've adjusted the size of the chicken please reduce the prices . Thank you
