I love their food so much but they never fail to forget my coleslaw. I paid five dollars for a side i never get and i cant get ahold of them and cant get my money back. They owe me a coleslaw. Long john silvers is the best besides forgetting my sides constantly. Best fish and shrimp and chicken.

Had to wait about 20 minutes for fish. The interior is filthy, the floor is covered with grease just last the soda maxing as you had to the restroom. Great food though.

We don't have any Long John Silvers restaurants near us anymore, so when we saw this location, we stopped in. They didn't have any french fries. I don't know why. I got a 2-piece fish combo. The fish was really greasy and had the appearance of the breaded, boxed fish that I buy at the grocery store. It wasn't anything like the fish we used to get at Long John Silvers. I was disappointed.

I went in. I live by myself. I worked all evening and I went to get food to go haven’t been to Long John Silvers in years. It is the worst food. The poor kid behind the counter was trying to do what he could do, but the food sucked never again

Amanda J on the front counter is the worst employee i’ve seen at a fast food restaurant. i’ve worked in food for years and ive never seen such a lazy and ignorant and incompetent employee. i only asked for 2 sides of tortillas and i told her she could even charge me for. taco and just give me a tortilla and she was super rude mubling under her breath about me like i wasn’t just right next to her. i could hear everything she said so before i left i told her i hope her customer service improves which is very true. i’ve truly never seen a worst employee and ive worked at taco bell. the lack of care for her position was all i needed to see to know that no one at all should ever come back to this location. and if amanda is reading this, no this is not an exaggeration or stretch of any thing and you know that. i’d love for them to replay the cameras on 5/19 at 7pm so you can rewatch yourself and see the ignorance you had in person. get a new job where you actually can do your job
