We had drinks and dinner before the Shane Gillis concert on April 11th 2025!! Food and service was amazing!! Great vibes right before a show!! We will be back again soon!

Intimate dining space with well crafted drinks and delicious food. We started with chicken and beef empanadas; personally preferred the chicken. Berry mojito and spicy margarita (mango +jalapeno) were both good. I had the mango salmon, which was amazing! Tasted the carne asada, super flavorful!

Waiter was great. Young blonde fella. Most of food was okay. Salmon came lukewarm warm at best. Like it was premade. Extremely disappointed with salmon. Chef has no idea what salmon is or how to cook it. Wife had ceviche which was decent. It was an appetizer size and not a meal size. Drinks were very good.Appetizers were good. Spicy shrimp was best thing all night.

The food is awesome! I dined here for lunch after a meeting in Cleveland and loved it! If I was staying another night, I would come back for dinner and hang out in the speak easy in the basement! Great decor! The carne asada bowl for lunch is slapp'n and it's healthy! The smooth is huge for $8 and a great alternative to dessert.

Fantastic! The noise level was a little high because a large birthday party was seated next to us, not much you can do about that when the restaurant is full. Still great food, service and experience. We will be back.

Irrational staff. I did not have a great encounter with their management or staff.

Absolutely beautiful atmosphere. Unique. But VERY dark. I would love to come back for coffee and smoothies and enjoy the patio and upstairs seating area! VERY LOUD... but to be fair there were several large groups there. The drinks were phenomenal, absolutely delicious. The food... was just OK. Pricey for quality for sure.

Food, service, and drinks were all superb! Highly recommend and will be back when visiting Cleveland!

Made a reservation for a Saturday evening. 1st time visit. We were sat in the basement which is a cute vibe. We were sat next to the stairs which was ok, just not preferable. My husband had appetizers (chorizo, tostones & empanadas) they were pretty good and I had the carne asada. My food was good, just wish that there was a bit more rice with my meal, only got about 1/2 cup. My husband & I got 2 different mojitos (original & berry) & they were delicious & my favorite part of the meal.

LULO Cleveland is a Latin American fusion restaurant with beautiful decorations, romantic red lighting, and wall art. Although they provide a small menu, the smoothies and lemonades are very tasty and fresh. The beef empanadas were not the best I've had, but still pretty good. We couldn’t get an entree because our server took forever to come to our table, she also took forever to give us our check, only three tables were occupied it was a weekday, so we ended up going somewhere else for food.

One of the worst service experiences of my life. We had reservations and they were confused. No host/hostess. People in the waiting room chronically confused. Manager touched me and asked “are you okay”

Well, no. I waited 1hr for my reservation to be fulfilled and no one knew what was going on. Was sat down and another 30 minute wait to order. We decided to order food and drink together due to risk. The waiter was also hit or miss. Really not a good experience.

Unfortunately, the food wasn’t much better, was super bland. The gin and tonic was delicious though!

I won’t be back. It seems like a chronic issue.

Horrible wait, even with a reservation placed hours earlier. Service was sub-par, confused, and slow, though it seemed like they were doing their best. Food is entirely bland, under-seasoned, insanely over-priced, and unimaginative (coming from a cis, straight white guy btw). Avoid this place like the plague.

I waited over 55 mins just to get my appetizer. The service was poor, my waters were never refilled. It took a significant amount of time to place my order for the entrees and to receive my food. The portion of food we received did not correlate to the amount of money we had to pay. I felt the items were over priced. The restaurant it self was well decorated but the chairs were very uncomfortable. I felt like the tables were to close together, the waitresses kept bumping into my husband’s coat and chair our entire stay. I am very disappointed with my service. I will not be recommending this restaurant to any family or friends and I will definitely not be returning.

My husband and I decided to eat at Lulo Cleveland for Valentine's Day after seeing lots of social media videos and hearing great reviews. Our reservation was for 6:30 PM, and we arrived at 6:15 PM to find a room full of other guests with the same reservation time. Despite it being a holiday, the way things unfolded was disappointing. It took forever to get seated, and people with later reservations who arrived after us were seated before us.

Once we were finally seated, it took a long time for them to bring us water and take our drink and appetizer orders. After finishing our appetizers and drinks, we ordered our main courses and another round of drinks. It took over an hour and a half for our food to arrive. We asked three separate times where our food was, and other tables that were seated after us were already checking out. We tried to be patient since it was Valentine's Day, but seeing others get their food and leave before us was frustrating. We also noticed other diners leaving due to similar issues, some without receiving their food or drinks.

While the food was good, the service was terrible. We ended up leaving around 10 PM. When we went to pay the $186 bill with a $100 Visa gift card and intended to cover the rest with my card, we were rudely informed they weren't accepting gift cards. The waiter was extremely rude and dismissive. Even after we paid, we were still waiting for our desserts to be delivered to our table. This was the worst dining experience we've ever had, and we wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. We will not be returning.

Update: They canceled my reservation even though I showed up, so now my card is going to be charged $25 per person, and my OpenTable account is going to get flagged. What a joke of a restaurant.

Very poor experience. It’s a GFS restaurant cosplaying as high end dining. The shrimp appetizer? What in the world was that? GIANT, CHEWY shrimp in a bowl of franks red hot, served with two pieces of Italian bread that are…soaked in franks red hot????

Your $45 steak? What in the world was that monstrosity. Literally so fatty it was inedible. Not to mention completely undercooked.

Carne Asada for $35??? You get three little pieces of plantains, a spoonful of rice and maybe 8oz of overcooked strip steak. Very bland. No flavor.

Just completely disappointed.
