What a wonderful morning treat!!! Visited the downtown location with my daughters and it was a great treat! I got the pumpkin pie latte - hot and it was Delicious. and a ham and cheese croissant (tip: get it warmed up - yummmm)!
They had so many treats - all baked fresh and such an extensive menu, that if you can't find something good, you're just not looking! I asked about Gluten Free foods and the manager (I think) listed off a ton of items!!!

If you are used to the other puma bakery, this one is a major let down. I feel like this one doesn't even have half of the stuff as the other one. I drove 20 minutes for nothing. I just assumed they would have the same things

Parking: There is both street parking (costs money during certain hours and free at others), as well as a parking lot behind the building.

I went to Luna bakery I purchased a scone, a lavender Honey coffee, ham and cheese croissant. The ham and cheese croissant and the coffee were phenomenal. The service amazing their employees are very nice. The only complaint I have they overcooked the scone. Being a baker myself. I know that if you overcook a stone by even a few minutes it changes the whole texture and taste of the scone. I wish they would have just threw that batch out instead of selling it. It's not your customers problem that you overcooked it. But it is their problem if you're charging for burnt baked products

Love this place! Definitely a hidden gem in Cleveland. Good drinks, delicious food, and great service. The employees are always friendly and they have rotating seasonal drink menus that never disappoint!

Luna is a favorite spot of mine downtown! Their treats and BLT panini are fabulous! I recommend ordering for pick-up because this place can get really slammed midweek. My only complaint is that the café is closed on the weekends, and so many times I wish I could have gone there and/or taken friends and family from out of town.

Fantastic breakfast spot!
I wish I’d found this place sooner. I had the fried egg in the bread, it was incredible. Perfectly cooked egg, and the cheese was a nice addition to this breakfast classic. I had the multi grain bread, which was good but I’d likely get non grain next time.
I also had a crepe with berries, which was ok. Not the best crepe I’ve had. I had a latte which was stellar! Then I grabbed a cold brew to go, latte was better. But both were still good. Delish place! Def worth a try.

Downtown Cleveland hidden gem alert!!! Not only was I able to find a parking spot but it is the perfect place for a working lunch. It's quiet and tables are arranged for comfort. There's outlets if you need to plug in a laptop. The food is delicious. The people are so friendly and familiar with their regular customers which is so hard to find in the city. Bonus they also have a clean bathroom.

Cute cafe in a quaint Cleveland neighborhood. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious.

Not sure what was going on today. It was alot of people in the restaurant. However, the front staff was quite rude, not customer friendly at all. Idk if these are new people, but I was not happy with the service today. However, the food made up for the service.

I want to start off by saying the ambiance of this establishment is awesome and gives and real bakery feel! The ordering process was very confusing especially for someone like me who was first timer. A group of friends and I sat at table in the back and for quite some time we then realize we needed to go to the counter to order. Once at the counter the service wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t amazing.I ordered the Smoked Salmon on the Everything Bagel. I was under the impression that the salmon would be heat smoked which would give it a jerky like texture rather than a cold smoked or cured salmon that almost had a raw texture in which I am not a fan of. So maybe if were explained within the item description I may have been able to make a different choice.Overall my experience was decent and would possibly return to a different location.

Food was good but customer service very bad they gave me a fork for my soup and I call them to tell them and the employee got offended and told me what do you want me to do about it. I mean that's rude and mind bogling to me im not asking her to do anything just at least say I'm sorry we will be more careful something like that I'm at work how do u expect me to eat with a fork?? Just rude
