Excellent service. The chicken was phenomenal. We came at 1:30am when it was 0 degrees out and Hakeem took the time to plug in a space heater for us (we didn’t ask him to do this). It’s hard to find good customer service these days but Hakeem exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!
My nephews and I ordered from mad chicken. My nephews have gotten food from there before however this was my first time trying the Mad Chicken. Order was delivered quick. Second the portion sizes and individual pieces were great. My nephews loved theirs. I got the garlic parm chicken wings.. And I have to say I was disappointed in the sauce. It was very salty. I mean so salty my jaw tightened up in back. After wiping off as much of sauce as possible the chicken was good.Tender....
I got some chicken tenders and waffle fries extremely good super juicy chicken and the waffle fries were nice and crispy on the outside and soft in the middle everything was hot and fresh I will definitely be going back if you get a chance stop in and try it out there's only one in Ohio
