In from the Youngstown area. Visiting the Cleveland Clinic for a family member and found this place. Cute little area, friendly staff, and the pizza is absolutely amazing! Perfect amount of everything with my favorite being the dough! Chefs kiss!

Very authentic... if your into olive garden style.. dont bother going to Mama Santas. This is where you go when you want it like Nona made it!... and if you dont know what Nona means , go to olive garden.

We went here because we heard great things about this place. The pizza was awful it tasted like cardboard. The pasta was over cooked. The garlic bread seemed like it came from a grocery store. Our server was great (left her a good tip) but am very surprised at the poor quality food. If you want to eat some good food - go across the street to Mia Bella’s.

Wonderful local spot right in the heart of Little Italy. The menu is expansive, but the pizza was truly a delight. Can't wait to return to Cleveland for more from Mama Santa's. They are a true gem.

Classic, family friendly old school italian restraunt. Good basic pizza, salads, and pasta. The diced pepperoncini the pizza topping is delicous.

If you’re looking for authentic Italian comfort food in Cleveland’s Little Italy, Mamma Santa’s is an absolute must! From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality that make you feel like part of the family. The service is friendly, attentive, and truly reflects the heart of a family-run restaurant.

The food is nothing short of incredible every dish tastes homemade, like it’s been perfected through generations. The pizza has that perfect balance of crisp crust, rich sauce, and gooey cheese, while the pasta is always fresh and served with flavorful sauces that taste like they came straight from an Italian kitchen. The lasagna and veal parmigiana are standouts, bursting with authentic flavor and generous portions.

Mamma Santa’s captures what dining in Little Italy is all about hearty food, a welcoming atmosphere, and the feeling that you’ve just had dinner at Nonna’s table. Whether it’s your first visit or your fiftieth, you’ll leave full, happy, and already planning your next meal there.

Highly recommended for anyone who loves genuine, old-world Italian cuisine served with heart.

Like stepping back in time to my grandmother's house for a no-frills, Italian experience that's all about food and family.

Food was quick and great. Just double check ur receipt: we had a manacoti that we didn't order on our tab. They took it off no problem, but this happened to me the previous time too.

Food was great. Limited amount that we had, and we didn't even try what they're known for, pizza! Homemade pasta was great! Service and atmosphere were great for a quaint little place!
