Marble Room Steaks and Raw Bar

This was the BEST dinner experience that I have had in a very long time. Everything from the ambiance to the service to the meal. We were celebrating our engagement and the staff congratulated us and did not rush us at all. We spent a little over 2 hours here. We ordered the spicy tuna crispy rice and Caesar salad to start. Then for entrees we got the 6oz filet and the 12oz filet along with asparagus and the potatoes au gratin. Also the saxophonist!!! He was so good!! Next time I’m in Cleveland I will make sure to make a reservation here again.

This place is incredibly stunning, the food is divine, and the service matches the expectation. The filet was so tender it practically melted in my mouth. By far one of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten. Highly recommend the olive oil cake for dessert. Our server was very attentive. Will be back my next time in town!

Such a beautiful, elegant venue! The cauliflower appetizer was SO good! In fact, all the dishes at our table of four were excellent. Our server was welcoming and so helpful. Can't wait to go back!

Our family event at Marble Room was wonderful. The appetizers and entrees, the drinks, and the pastry chef’s special creations were amazing! Symone went above and beyond in helping us arrange our celebration, and the staff were some of the most skilled, pleasant, and professional we’ve encountered anywhere. We’re very glad we chose the Marble Room.

We had very high expectations coming here. And it did not disappoint. The service was just right. Not too much, not left hanging. The food was incredible. We placed our order, and got exactly what we asked for! Sad that has to be a perk of a place now. The atmosphere is top notch. It's as Cleveland as it gets, and I love that they tout the history of the location, and how they came to be.
If you want to get a reservation, make sure you know when you want to go a month or so beforehand!

I wouldn’t candy the pistachios though 😵‍💫😬🤨 it’s a healthy option to add sugar to it ! (Should have plain nuts as an option in case someone don’t want them candied on their savory salad)

SHORT VERSION: I’ve planned many events, both professionally and personally, and this was hands-down the best venue experience I’ve ever had.

THE DETAILS: We recently hosted a corporate event in the Vault at The Marble Room, and it was exceptional. The space is even more breathtaking in person than it appears in photos—elegant, dramatic, and truly memorable.

From start to finish, the experience was great. Symone, the event manager, was an absolute rock star and deserves special recognition. To begin, she was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the planning process and throughout execution. Right before the event started—and even during the first few minutes—I was throwing a ton of last-minute requests and details her way. She handled everything with total calm and professionalism, always keeping a positive attitude and a smile on her face. She never once looked overwhelmed or made me feel like I was asking too much. Her presence and confidence helped set the tone for a flawless evening.

The chef team was also phenomenal—flexible with our many requests and menu changes, including several allergy-friendly modifications. It’s rare to see this level of care taken with dietary needs, and everything was executed perfectly. For the first time in all the events I’ve organized, every single allergy was actually followed correctly.

What truly stood out (other than the food and venue of course) was the quality and professionalism of the entire staff. When we needed a few last-minute adjustments to the room layout, they handled it instantly and with total professionalism. In addition, every person on the team was informed, helpful, and clearly well-trained. They worked in harmony, with a level of coordination and attentiveness that’s hard to come by. No one was just “a pair of hands”—everyone knew exactly what was going on and contributed meaningfully to the success of the event.

Throughout the evening, guests kept coming up to me raving about how incredible the food was and what an amazing event it turned out to be. My colleagues were blown away and said it far exceeded their expectations (and I am known for planning great events). Most importantly, our clients were thoroughly impressed and made sure to personally tell me how much they enjoyed everything and congratulate me on planning the evening.

The Marble Room team delivers at the highest level, and then some. I would enthusiastically recommend The Marble Room for any high-end or corporate event.
