Marble Room Steaks and Raw Bar

My wife and I dined her for my birthday. Service was great and the food for what we paid for a complete waste of $400. Ordered a $129 steak that was ordered MR, it was MW at best. I didn’t want to be that guy so I started eating it. Only to be stopped by the server and say oh no, don’t eat that let’s get you another one. The next one comes out Raw. We ended up sending an email to management vs leaving a bad review. Only to be given a gift card for $100 and please return. The $100 gift card don’t even cover the cost of the steak that was ordered that wasn’t Even taken off the bill. What a joke.

Terrible service. Waitress brought wine glass (empty) to the table 1/4 way thru dinner. When asked about the wine, she said let me go see if it's ready. Valet parking sent me 2 invoices. One for $18 plus penalties. The other for $84.25. I had paid when getting my car. I talked to GM Kevin Kane, who promised to send a gift card (which never came). I have since left 2 messages for Mr. Kane and as of now have not received a call back. Even though the food is exceptional, needless to say, we will not go back.

My husband and I went for my birthday which is Halloween. It was our first time going. The food was delicious. We both had steak dinners, mac and cheese, whipped mashed and salads. The service was awesome and the atmosphere was beautiful. We will definitely return.

This was our 4th time at Marble Room and walked away overall with an unsatisfying experience. We reserved a table 2+ months in advance to celebrate this special occasion. The ambiance is stunning and service was spot on, however, what made the evening VERY disappointing was that 2 out of 4 dinner entrees were served over cooked and had to be sent back. 15 minutes went by before they were brought back out and the other entrees had already been consumed. Never had this issue before at Marble Room and expectations were to have another amazing dinner. At this $ point everything needs to be spot-on and that was not what happened in the kitchen this evening. Have been in contact via phone and email with both front managers about the experience and they have not followed up with what was discussed during our cordial conversations. Will be difficult to return after this experience unfortunately as this was our go-to place to celebrate special occasions in Cleveland.

From the moment I walked in to the end of the night when dessert came out I was completely wowed. The atmosphere and service is unbeatable and it's all backed up by some of the best food you could ask for. A must if you're in Cleveland, and our waiter Tim was the best you could ask for.

I’ve never had such an expensive meal, but also never as incredible of a meal. There was nothing anyone could say to me that would convince me that spending over $300 on a meal would be worth it, but this is the place where you go if you want to experience the dinner of a lifetime—and right here in Cleveland! This is also coming from someone who has had some pretty excellent meals in Boston, London, and Italy. 8/10 Wagyu, 11/10 Delmonico with Horseradish and Black Truffle sauce.

We had an incredible experience at The Marble Room! The ambiance is stunning, and our server, Noah, made it unforgettable. Not only was he attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, but he also shared fascinating details about the history of the building, which really enriched our experience. His recommendations were spot on, and he was both professional and personable. The food and drinks were exceptional, and Noah’s exceptional service truly elevated the evening. Highly recommend visiting and asking for Noah—you’ll learn a bit of history along with enjoying a fantastic meal!

Great atmosphere and service. One of the best meals I have had!

It's pricey don't get me wrong. But the steaks here are beyond excellent. But don't sleep on the seafood it might actually be the true star here. You need to do this at least once for the experience.

We persevered but luckily for the food but the service is really not worth the detour
The bartenders are boring, like union members, no smile, no pleasure working here. Stilted place for a flat atmosphere

Very bad customer service would not let me be seated after waiting 2 hours for a seat they promised a 45 minute wait highly unacceptable steak came out like rubber
