The best chicken bacon ranch pizzoli hands down. Great customer service too
Went to write a review and realized it’s almost the same as Brian’s but this chain food is actually good compared to others as it actually comes with good hearted employees who actually care about the end product of my food me the consumer the people who keeps the business running and you’d think other companies and businesses would take example as the chicken bacon ranch I had the other day was unbelievably good and just right so please tip extra for these hard workers

Placed an online order, after 1.5 hours, nothing. Email says it left the shop and hour ago. I called for a refund, they obliged but offered zero explanation.
Customer service is a dying industry. I get out if work around 11, and tonight I didn't feel like cooking. I called with the assumption that it could be too late to get a pizza. The dude who answered the phone is a dick. As I'm saying hey have a good night he hung up on me. It's the little things that make a difference. If you are that mad at answering phones I can only imagine how you are with the food. I won't be coming here anymore.

I cannot believe that I'm writing this for a Chain Restaurant. This Marco's location ROCKS! I took advantage of the 2for1 Tuesday deal, expecting
just ok pizzas. I ordered online, and arrived at the store. Two ladies came up from the back - one greeted me, the other attended to the pizza oven. I was told that my pizzas were just coming out of the oven, and that I had the best pizza maker in town preparing my pizzas. She puts a lotta love into each one. I gazed at my pizzas, and they did indeed look great. Mind you - this is a chain!
I arrived home and bit into my new favorite - Grilled Chicken Florentine. Damn,, that's a great pizza! After my meal, I phoned the store and told the ladies how good it was. Those pizzas were definitely made with a lotta love! I'll be back!
They need to hire better worker's at the Lorain Rd by West 140th St in Cleveland. They had a great bunch and now it's down hill again. One nice girl was busting her butt in there doing everything. All cooking and making pizzas. Taking care of the customers when coming in. Than a young boy who works there was sitting at customer table and he was supposed to be putting pizza boxes together. Instead he was sitting there on his phone n not working or helping the girl that truly needed help. He dropped all the boxes that weren't put together yet on the wet dirty floor. I thought he'd throw them out. No he picked them up n put them back in the pile. He kept itching and rubbing his afro hair. The girl finally called him for help. I watched and stood up to see if he would wash his hands because I didn't want him touching my food. He didn't the girl finished my pizza but now feel terrible that he started making pizzas that were other customers who called n placed orders. Get with it Marco's Pizza.... You used to be good.

I order a garlic parm chicken wing and a chicken bacon ranch pizza. The wings were improperly cooked and had half a bottle of sauce poured over them, and the pizza wasn't the right one. The employees didn't seem to know what they were doing, so I didn't even try to tell them. I frequently visit this place, but the past few times have been awful, so I won't be returning.
I wouldn’t order here if I were you. Save your time and your money. My food has been ready and sitting at Marcos for almost an hour and a half. It got delivered 2 hours later from when I ordered… unless you want some stale pizza. I would probably pick it up or just not order from this location at all. I tried calling Marco’s for an update and they put me on hold for over 15 minutes or if you try to call again they will put you immediately on hold. So, customer service isn’t it either. They also forgot my Mountain Dew and said to call general manager to get a refund tomorrow…

Sorry guys but I’ve been waiting for my pizza order now for 1 hour 45 minutes when I was told 25-30 and at this point you’ve lost a regular customer. That just can’t happen. I’m so hungry. One star because my past experiences have been mostly good at this location.
Night crew today was on point
The MANAGER with that thin pink colored ponytail was VERY DISRESPECTFUL TODAY 11-10-24 she needs to retrained on CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND TO CALL THE POLICE BECAUSE you're upset about being understaffed, is and was very very sad in times and days like this. She called the police and lied and said I was being a PROBLEM! YOU CALLED THE POLICE ON A BLACK WOMAN for what?! Not at one time was I being loud or rude. Like I said she was upset cause it was her and one cashier working and she was being rude cause she watched the manager being rude!!!!!
