We stopped in for an early dinner with friends on a Tuesday. It was super quiet in the restaurant, but George was a delight. He was really good with the kids and provided excellent service. The food was also really good. I had the Cajun seafood pasta, and my husband had jerk salmon.

Super slow service and the place wasn't even crowded. Like the staff was still out on Saturday night. Of course it's for Sunday midday
We were very disappointed with our experience last night. Definitely would not go back. Or any margaritaville locations for that matter.
We arrived for dinner at 6p.m. they said it was a 20 to 30 minute wait for the outdoor seating. Took my phone number so they could let us know when the table was ready. 40 minutes pass and we decided to ask as they were not busy at all and saw seating available. Just to find out that the host didn't save my phone number.
Finally got a table. The waitress came over for our drink order about 15 minutes after we sat. We ordered 3 soft drinks, 1 beer (in a bottle. Not draft) and 1 margarita plus the nachos appetizer.
It took our waitress 30 minutes to bring our drinks and 3 out 5 were wrong. Waited another 15 before the drinks were corrected. And finally after an hour our appetizer came. Then we finally were able to order dinner. Then about 20 min later she came back to let us know they couldnt make the 2 steak bowls. After all of that and about 3 or so hours later we finally left.
No toilet paper, no soap, no paper towels. The 2 hand dryers both were broken. the restaurant its self was not clean. Dirty tables everywhere. Napkins all over. It was pathetic actually. Food was terrible. The fries were the only thing that was OK. And to top it off there was a bird eating INSIDE the restaurant on the floor and table.
We spent $80 at the gift shop and then another $222 on food and drinks. And this was the absolute worse dinning experience we have ever had. So much so that we were planning a margaritaville resort vacation and now I will not go.
I shouldn't have stayed and just left after it took an hour for drinks to come. So that was stupid on me.

The restaurant was messy, bathrooms were dirty, no toilet paper or paper towels in women’s bathroom. We were seated and waited for at least 20 minutes until we approached a server to come to table to take drink orders. Then the drinks took another 20 minutes and food took over 45 minutes. Seemed very understaffed and unprepared to serve people at this restaurant.

We went on Friday before the Mogan Wallen concert. We were there at 1:30 and said it would be an hour wait. They had alot of tables open. Service was terrible. Got our order wrong. Don't use the bathrooms they are disgusting. Our bill was wrong. People were leaving cause they were having to wait so long with bunch of empty tables available.

Went to the rooftop bar (Landshark) taps weren’t working, bartender serving people out of order (even after acknowledging that I was next), bar not well stocked on a Friday night at 6:00pm when there was hardly anyone there. Could not order food to the rooftop (allegedly because of the glass even though we were drinking out of glass bottles).
Decided to head to the bar downstairs in the restaurant. Tried to order apps at the bar, no dice, apparently you can’t order food at the bar.
Place was pretty empty for a Friday at 6pm with multiple events happening downtown.
Floor was filthy. Looks like they are understaffed.

Great environment waiters are friendly and attentive the food was awesome I had a wonderful experience except for when a guy threw a glass at the bar tender and punched a lady in the face that was uncalled for but other than that I had a great time and my waiter name was Shawn Orr I think he said that was his name Amazing guy very polite his service was top tier he knew the menu he was fast and I didn’t even have to ask for another drink he made sure we were good

We are from out of town, 4.5 hrs away. We were looking forward to taking our teenage girls there for an experience.
We were told 20 minutes, bought some drinks at the bar to wait on the upstairs deck. My wife went down after 40 minutes to complain, they seated us immediately.
Then we continued to wait an additional 10 minutes to be offered drinks. After an 1 hr and 10 minutes a server hasn't even been to our table.
The thing that is the most crazy thing is, this place has VERY few people in the seating area. I only can think that they might have one waiter on staff? We were in town for the Morgan Wallen concert. I have NEVER had a dining experience like this.
Mid food, service is fine enough, and we got to sit on a boat. There was a bird in here (just cleveland wildlife) but if I'm honest it's a bit pricey for everything. 5/10 experience, mid but not something I'd go out of my way for.

Our server Missie was absolutely incredible! She was cheerful, happy, and made us feel welcome right away. Super efficient—she checked on us often, kept everything running smoothly, and was prompt at pre-bussing so our table was always tidy. The food came out SUPER FAST and was absolutely amazing—huge shout-out to the kitchen team for crushing it! Between Missie’s outstanding service and the kitchen’s speed and quality, this was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Cleveland.

We walked on on a Sunday afternoon. They were not busy at all. We stood at the front door waiting to be seated for over 10 minutes. Then went to the roof top bar to find out the menu was limited We wanted nachos the bartender said he will place the order and we can go downstairs to eat them. No receipt for proof of purchase so I go back upstairs the bartender came down took us and our nachos to the outside patio said someone would be right with us after eating half the nachos and no one ever came over to our table I ask for a manager and two men came to my table and ask if everything was OK I told what happened and they said it was our fault because we did not have a hostess seat us. I explained again the bartender sat us there .then both managers started yelling at me it was my fault I felt like I was being ganged up on and one said if ever come back I would be sorry. Well no worries there i will never set foot in a margaritaville again .I have been to several all over the world.never again I can't it was bad service because I HAD NO SERVICE

Stopped to see what it was like finally. I thought they were supposed to have the best margaritas! A Little over rated if you ask me. Wasn't nothing special about there margarita to me for $13. Glass full of ice. Its not even a jumbo either. 👎🏾I did like they had a roof top bar but it was closed the Friday I went. It was just okay for me.
