This was my first visit here. Ihave a huge serving of weiner Schnitzel with potato dumplings. Beyond excellent!! Salad was very fresh and nice. Staff was as attentive as you could ask for. My picky grandkids ate everything! So did the vegetarians among us. One caveat. Thecrestayrant us not handicapped accessible. We could wheel a chair in through the kitchen to get in but bathrooms were too small for even a walker, no rails beside the toilets. Don't even try the bathrooms--you could get hurt. Suggest railings be added to the walls outside the cubicles and inside them so someone with a cane could manage with no walker. A cheap fix--railings. Loved the place!

A hole in the wall, stopped in for a quick bite before a long drive home. The food was excellent! The person who served my husband and I was also the cook. After asking a few questions she told us the story of the restaurant. It was pretty easy to find but parking is limited. You will not regret stopping here.

The best beef goulash I have ever had in my life. Beautiful, but an assuming restaurant with croatian and czechoslovakian pictures. Much attention provided by the staff. The dumplings are righteous.

Marie's has excellent Eastern European cuisine. My friend had the beef goulash, and I had the breaded pork chops. Both tasty and made to perfection. Just like my grandmother's cooking. Yum.
Service was friendly and attentive, but not intrusive.
Don't expect a modern-day atmosphere. Modern-day atmosphere would not be appropriate for old world cuisine.

A very nice and welcoming restaurant in Cleveland with some amazing food options. Traditional East European cuisine served in a very homey style with delicious offerings. The place has an old town vibe with a piano placement in the corner and although the seating is not very comfortable the single server keeps running around and does some real good work in quick yet engaging conversations. They have specials for every day and you can’t go wrong with some of the best tasting dumplings that they have on the sides.
I stopped in here today for the first time to get dinner to go. The woman who waited on me was very friendly and told me a bit of the restaurant’s history. I ordered the stuffed peppers special that came with two peppers (one red, one yellow), a salad with house dressing, and bread. I also ordered dumplings. Everything was delicious! I may stop in tomorrow for the stuffed cabbage. Definitely recommend.
Parking: I arrived early and had a choice of a nice spot but I can see parking being being very limited when they are busy.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not sure if they have a an entrance in the back that is accessible but there was a step in front.
