If you thinking of trying this place out you wont be disappointed. Is it the best ramen place in Cleveland? No, but its good ramen nevertheless. Its a very nice and cozy little space. And it sells ice cream
Sadly I didn’t get to meet mason but the ice cream was good

Rating is just for ramen. Ice cream is a 3/5, but why go here when Mitchell's is down the street.
1 star for the ramen. Flavorless, overcooked and rubbery meat. Broth is thin and lacks any complexity. Noodles are overcooked and have no chew. It feels like they're using pasta noodles or generic rice noodles with no kansui.

Really poor quality ramen, very bland and flavorless for 18 dollars without any extras. Service wasn’t great either and tables were all dirty. Not worth it

As long-time patrons of Mason’s, we knew we had to serve Mason’s ice cream at our wedding! We were a little nervous about serving ice cream during a November wedding, but it was absolutely devoured! Our guests loved the unique flavors, and some went back for seconds to try a different flavor. Our vegan and gluten-free guests also enjoyed having a dessert option! Jesse was super easy to work with and helped us pick out 4 flavors, including one that complemented our signature drinks! We were so grateful they were part of our special day!

The ice cream is still excellent. Top 3 in Cleveland.
The ramen took a steep dive in quality this year and in talking to other friends who would go regularly in the past, they feel the same. The meat portion is small, like one 4-5mm slice in a $16 bowl is insane. The noodles and broth have declined in flavor. The chili crisp lost its flavor.

The workers just seemed overwhelmed
No one knew what the other one was doing
seems like this is common in most places
owners needs to just get their employees better prepared

I just had the birria ramen and oh my gosh…. It’s the best ramen I’ve ever had! So flavorful, pretty, and delicious!
We always come for pints of ice cream which is always yummy. We love to support local and we adore this super cute, neighborhood gem! 🍦 🍜
We are grateful you are in the neighborhood, Thank you ☺️
