I'm staying in a nearby hotel, so I ordered delivery. The lady that answered the phone was simply amazing. She was extremely nice and very helpful. I ordered a large Cleveland style crust, extra cheese, mushroom, and spinach pizza. She suggested the garlic parm knots, so I ordered those as well. The knots were delicious! The ingredients on the pizza were very fresh.

I ordered the Cleveland style crust because the description said it has a little crunch to it....it didn't at all the crust was very soft. So that was quite disappointing. I also asked for plates and napkins since I was in a hotel. The kind lady over the phone said yes, they could send some. When the delivery lady didn't have them, and I asked she stated that they didn't have plates and napkins. I thought that was odd for a pizza establishment.

The tavern pizza was really good. Can't wait to try their take on a Detroit pizza. Unfortunately they only sell it as a large, way too big for a single person to eat.

While the tavern pizza is only on the menu as a large pizza, the wonderful lady told me how to order to get a small one.

I don't know how they make their gluten-free crust, but whatever they're doing, it's working. The crust is actually thick and fluffy and risen like regular bread. 100/10

My apologies but i never got my money back and the bank don't see where it was refunded i called in they said you didnt have the Detroit style pizza then master said order now it cancelled again i never got my money from grubhub but thank

It may have been an off night. The pizza barely had any sauce on it very dry. They have changed their salad (not the dressing,it is still good). Always liked their pizza, may have just been a bad day in the kitchen.

Mayfield Hts is losing all of their great pizza spots!!!Went here on 3-15-24 to dine in and will never do that again!!! Although I love their pizza the kids they hire are the worst at customer service!!!The whole place smelled like weed, then every table was dirty, no one approached us to take a drink order and to let us know they were contactless ordering (which I found out the following day when I tried to complain about the service).After we waited a few minutes I went to the window to ask if we should’ve seated ourselves, and was told yes. Immediately a young girl went up to that girl and said “What was that all about?”. She didn’t even wait till I was out of ear shot!!!Someone finally came out to clean all the tables EXCEPT for the one we were seated at!!! After waiting for about 20min. we left.The next day when I tried to complain about the service I was told there were 4 managers?! The one “kid” I spoke with absolutely gave me NO satisfaction.I was told the place smells of weed due to the smoke shop next door (which I do visit on occasion, and I can tell you that it is NOT from that shop). The front and back of Masters’ wreaked!!!For the amount of people that they had working there that night (all congregated up front) I would have thought someone would have been a little attentive. Boy was I wrong!There employees walked past us several times without even acknowledging us.In the end, greet your customers when they enter your establishment, keep the restaurant CLEAN and ready for the next customer, if you are going to have contactless service, have a sign or approach the customer to let them know how to order.
