Master Pizza Mayfield Heights

I placed a big order—five different pizzas. It was a disappointment across the board. The pizza was greasy and bland, the cheese tasted like the cheapest kind and was extremely unpleasant, the crust wasn’t crunchy. I added extra toppings to almost every pizza, so skimpy toppings weren’t the issue, but it didn’t salvage the experience.
Delivery took far too long even though I live right across the street from the pizzeria; I stood out in the cold for 30 minutes after the status changed to ‘on road’.
Bottom line: if you just want to fill up on a cheap imitation, you’re better off buying a $7 pizza at the store—it’ll be about the same. I do not recommend.

The classics are classic for a reason. The 'new additions' are all worth a try too. Live on the edge, try a different style Master pizza.

Yesterday was my first time ordering from here. I was very disappointed in the wait time accuracy provided from the website. I arrived exactly at the estimated time pick up my order (website estimated 30 minutes) and ended up waiting an additional 25 minutes inside the restaurant for 2 medium pizzas! My pizzas did up coming out hot and were delicious. I definitely would come back for the taste of the pizza but not for the service if this continues!

I have only bought pizza from here two times. Once was over 4 years ago or maybe longer. I actually forgot all about this hidden gem! I decided to order again. Glad I did. I told the gentleman working there that it had been years since I had ordered. I guess I kinda ordered something wonky on accident. He was really nice. He also looked like Michael Shannon! Yes the pizza is expensive but that SMALL BOX has to weigh about 7 pounds. No joke. And it is delicious. Thank you!

We love Master Pizza! My Son and I stopped in for a salad and pizza tonight after his baseball game and our entire experience was great! Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and the restaurant was immaculately clean. Our pizza was hot, loaded with toppings, and delicious. Our salad was fresh and crisp and of course we love the house-made Italian dressing. When we left, everybody thanked us for stopping in. We rarely dine in (we do take out) and we are glad we did. This may have to be a weekly outing for us after baseball!
