Mayfield Hts is losing all of their great pizza spots!!!Went here on 3-15-24 to dine in and will never do that again!!! Although I love their pizza the kids they hire are the worst at customer service!!!The whole place smelled like weed, then every table was dirty, no one approached us to take a drink order and to let us know they were contactless ordering (which I found out the following day when I tried to complain about the service).After we waited a few minutes I went to the window to ask if we should’ve seated ourselves, and was told yes. Immediately a young girl went up to that girl and said “What was that all about?”. She didn’t even wait till I was out of ear shot!!!Someone finally came out to clean all the tables EXCEPT for the one we were seated at!!! After waiting for about 20min. we left.The next day when I tried to complain about the service I was told there were 4 managers?! The one “kid” I spoke with absolutely gave me NO satisfaction.I was told the place smells of weed due to the smoke shop next door (which I do visit on occasion, and I can tell you that it is NOT from that shop). The front and back of Masters’ wreaked!!!For the amount of people that they had working there that night (all congregated up front) I would have thought someone would have been a little attentive. Boy was I wrong!There employees walked past us several times without even acknowledging us.In the end, greet your customers when they enter your establishment, keep the restaurant CLEAN and ready for the next customer, if you are going to have contactless service, have a sign or approach the customer to let them know how to order.

The pizza is always good, fresh and hot!! When I want a pizza, this is my go to spot! The staff are friendly and always greets me when picking up my order. I have to say, they’re consistent in preparing the food; I’ve never had a bad order. Keep up the great work!!

Great eats! Great service! Fast delivery! Delivery driver was beyond patient. Had it delivered to the hospital, where my wife just gave birth (humblebrag), and asked them to call when they got here but had my phone on do not disturb ?♂️.
My daugjter wanted pizza. We were so sick of thw chain pi--as. They are just bad anymore. She suggested here. I am so glad she did. The pizza was AMAZING. I remember pizza being this good but i havent found this kind in years. You guys are fabulous. This will be my go to pizza spot from now

Pizza was over 30 minutes past time it was supposed to be ready. Today was the first playoff game so you'd think they'd anticipate increased demand. The Bear, they were not. They were super chill. I sat I. Their cold, dull dining room for over 30 minutes. Couldn't watch the game because " their tv was broken." While I waited, they never offered me a glass of water or anything. Bottom line: they don't really value their customers

First time eating at Master Pizza and the pepperoni pizza is fantastic! Just moved back home after 4 years and I’ve never heard of the Cleveland crimp, so I got it. The Cleveland style was great.
