Hailey took my to go order by phone the old fashioned way . great prices . I could not believe the burger combo comes with French onion, Caesar and a cookie & if you choose can get the Cola specialty burger (we added seasoned fries) . Hailey recommended the third street salad the Shrimp Cajun pasta. If this stays a 5 star review then that means the food was as amazing as we expected per her recommendations

Coming from out of town what a wonderful place to eat. In Chicago, we don’t have any Max and Erma’s. Our waiter is very good.

Not bad I love the fairly diverse menu compared to like Applebee's or chili's both competitors. The price is really good. Food consistently good, service decent. It's hard to find staff nowadays so for what was on shift it was really good. Couldn't tell you about picky people or kid friendly my siblings seem to like the place. This place is more for someone with advanced developed taste buds but not like a wine tasting or gin kinda thing just I appreciate complex flavors with more going on that's exciting to the palate. That's why I enjoy coming here it has that exciting artillery shell firework display in your mouth.

I dropped in for a late lunch. I chose a seat near the bar. There was a lively conversation about music going on. Leading the conversation was lovely middle aged woman behind the bar. I can only assume she was Erma. That really isn't important. She kept the conversation amusing and lively. And somehow was able to make everyone feel included and welcome. I stayed well longer than I needed too. And I noticed most of the patrons at the bar had been there before I sat down. The servers moved so gently that I barely noticed when they came and went. I didn't want to leave. If I'm ever in Cleveland again. It will be my must go to spot.

On a recent visit my grandson and I tried the Laredo Steak and we both thought it was top notch. The price was quite a value for the entre, potato and veggies and crisp salad.

Several forgotten items for a take out order. Had to figure that out at home and drive back to the restaurant to fix it. Was promised some cookies for the inconvenience, got back home again…no cookies.

Ashley was a great server. She got all our orders for our Red Hat group. She joked with us and took a group picture for our memory album. Food was good, hot and promp. We will be back for our Christmas Party, for sure.

They allowed lady to sit in middle of bar work loudly drinking in her bare feet while we were eating. Everyone in area was annoyed and instead of asking her to quiet down they served her five cocktails. She was literally yelling into phone
