Literally made me wait 30 minutes in line to tell me we’re out of every product at 10pm. Like hello? They close at 12am. Not to mention there was two cars infront of me that were waiting for their order and 5 that had ordered before me. So to just randomly “run out of all products” is insane

It's always a problem when coming to this location 🙄 😒 😕. I don't know if they are understaffed each morning, but it takes forever to get through the drive-through.
My hash brown was cold.
I'm going to stop coming to this location.

No one is taking our order we waited 20 minutes at drive thru and than after giving order we have to wait for another 20 minutes very bad experience will not come back at this location never

This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The lady who handed out the food was the only nice one. Then they didn't give us any sauces that I paid for for 40 piece nugget went in and they yelled at us and called us a liar over freaking sauce so if you can go to a different one I would

This is the slowest McDonald’s in Cleveland and they are always ready to argue with you and serve you attitude for no reason ……recently I waited in this line for 30 minutes because the staff were arguing and they had the nerve to mess up my order and be mad about me wanting it corrected

Came in at 11:55 AM on 2/16/25 the absolute worst service ever. There were no customers there and it still took them over 10 minutes to take my order. One employee was just in the corner playing on their phone. I ended up leaving and going some where else.

After taking our order they had us wait at the window for a good few minutes. Not answering feeling unconscious as to what was happening inside we pulled around to find two employees with smiles both excited to say “we are closed”. All after excepting the order.

Go to any other McDonald’s. I’ve never been to a McDonald’s before that does not give free refills on fountain drinks. Soda costs the restaurant fractions of pennies yet they choose to deliver a subpar experience to their customers by charging extra for refills. No other fast food chain does this.

The employee said to me “another location will have them.” This is the first I’ve experienced this, but I agree with her. Choose ANY other location. I sit at McDonald’s restaurants often to do work and at no other McDonald’s location have I ever been denied a refill on a fountain drink.

The bathrooms at this location were also dirty despite the restaurant being completely empty.

Employees, there are very rude/Couldn’t finish my sentence at the speaker w/o the girl Interrupting me and trying to rush me / very Unprofessional , If you hate your job so much then why not go work somewhere else? Every time I go to this location, ice cream machine is supposedly not working either .. my fries were cold and undercooked. I will not be going here again.

This place is unusual. There are moments when they are efficient and more not extremely slow. You average 12-18 minutes to get your order and 50/50 chance that it’s correct. This location also doesn’t offer refills, you have to buy another drink. Lobby is somewhat clean.

They did a slight refresh to the back of the store the last couple years. There's now limited counter area but probably because of kiosk and mobile ordering. However, this does not seem to have sped them up. In fact, they might be slower. The kitchen now has an obstructed view of the front counter, and they don't keep someone at the front counter regularly in my experience. The drive-thru still runs slow as molasses. Staff still seems friendly, but it seems like they are short-staffed. Short-staffed. If they aren't short-staffed then they haven't been trained well. The dining room has a sort of cold atmosphere. It's noisy, not very inviting. I actually think this could be a great meeting place, a perfect stop for neighbors and those coming in to downtown in the morning. But it's just none of those things. They even took away the drink station. That actually helps keep the place a little bit nicer since they really struggled to keep it clean. But a better solution would have been watching the store more carefully to keep it stocked up and clean and to minimize abuse. McDonald's should consider putting in a ghost kitchen at the Carnegie food hub or down in steelyard Commons to run delivery orders and refocus on in-person guests at this location and probably some of the others in town. If it takes you 15 or 20 minutes like it did for me today to order and receive a medium black coffee, something is wrong. Once I ordered a coffee, and they knew it was only coffee, they should have been able to pour that out and get it in my hand in less than a minute, 90 seconds max. I still waited way too long to have to order, but waiting to have that order fulfilled is pretty silly.

The worst customer service ever. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. A lot of loud personal conversations going on and no one making the orders. I waited 20 minutes for a curbside order. Finally went in the store to get it, no one even knew it was an order on the screen. Everybody lounging, leaning, and drinking pop like they’re in the club.🤷🏽‍♀️🙄
