They make emergency workers pay to use the bathroom at this location. And the manager was sitting in her office doing nothing instead of helping during a rush and treated a door dash driver that barely spoke English like she was an inconvenience after ignoring her

Do you want to sit in the Drive-Thru lane for half an hour? No? Then you might want to eat somewhere else. Mobile order is the same. Hard pass on this location

Edit: I did reach out McDonald's right away. Waiting on response. The order ended up being very wrong and cold on top of the wait. This location is always bad. Lesson learned this time.

Went through drive thru to get my lunch, the fries be two cheeseburgers or cold they gave me the wrong tank. I asked for a large Coke. I get a Diet Coke didn’t realize it until I got to the bus station to my food like I said it was cold and nasty. I tried calling back up there. Nobody would answer Plus, they didn’t give me my receipt like I said it was in the bag

Rude people working inside had a really bad experience. I ordered off the kiosk machine. The receipt didn’t print and it won’t let you add for well done on your hash brown so they get an attitude when you ask them if they can cook it well done and then all my sandwich. I had a sausage Mc griddle add bacon. They brought me bacon on it then when I asked to get the right sandwich they get mad at you and cop an attitude other than that the store was pretty clean.

Pulled in at 10:55 AM with a car full of excited kids who were ready for breakfast. As we approached the speaker, we could hear the customer at the other order stand sounding frustrated because their breakfast wasn’t available. That wasn’t a good sign — and unfortunately, our experience was even worse.

We sat there with no response at all until 10:59, when someone finally came on to say they were “switching over to lunch,” and lunch would be a 10-minute wait. No apology, no explanation… just indifference. Extremely disappointing, especially since we clearly arrived during breakfast hours.

I pulled up to the window to speak with a manager, only to discover that the manager herself was on her cell phone, saying, “I gotta let you go, Mom,” sounding annoyed that she had to deal with me. On top of that, all six employees stopped what they were doing, staring at us like we were some kind of spectacle. The vibe was unprofessional and uncomfortable.

As a business owner myself, I would absolutely want to know if my entire staff — including the manager — was performing this poorly. This didn’t feel like an honest mistake or a miscommunication. It felt purposeful, and the employees genuinely seemed to enjoy the frustration of not one but two separate customers.

To top it off, the drive-thru window area was filthy — smudged, sticky, and obviously not cleaned in a long time.

Management on the phone, staff not working, zero customer service, and a dirty environment.
Truly disappointing experience.

I needed to use restroom and get drink. It took 5 minutes to get key for restroom. Another 5 minutes just to get drink after I paid before using restroom.

Never open on time, even though all lights are on and the employees are in the building.

Avoid this location if you can, it’s worth driving an extra couple of miles to a better one.
