I called to ask how much was a milkshake and the boy that answered the phone I was just asking how much a small milkshake was and the boy that answered the phone was like five or 6000. I kept hanging up on me. I just wanted to know the real answer for the McDonald’s small milkshake race this place a bad review for customer service. I hate this McDonald’s don’t come here.

They were only operating one drive thru without indicating the other was closed. Wouldn't service people inside. Person in line at drive thru tried to enter my car. Avoid this location.

We are trying to order from the drive thru and my daughter she was ordering at first and this african American lady was so rude she was not even let her finish when she cuts her to tell she can’t hear her, them i trying to order and she was the same way with me no respect for the customers plus everything we trying to order she said is out and them she starts yelling on the speaker so loud i was trying to order by drive thru because the coummunity looks like criminal watch and i just trying to order something from here because it was the closes one to my daughters rehab

Ordered a nugget meal through the drive thru. Waited 5 minutes at the window for my food which I wasn't mad about because I assumed my food was going to be fresh. Well I was wrong. The nuggets were definitely old and hard. The fries were okay. The people working the drive thru weren't to friendly either.
The worst service by far. The cashier took 13 min the slim cashier told me 90 cent for a cup of water. The cashier was no help to the older people who did not know how to use the kiosk. Will never order from here

Granite the place was busy but waiting almost an hour in a parking space was ridiculous! When I finally got my food after having to go in the building it was cold smh will not be back at this location.

I don’t know what changes have occurred at this location but BAYYYYYBEEE! I just had the best customer experience I’ve ever had at this location!! The two ladies workin drive thru was so nice n positive- I forgot where I was!! Keep up the pleasant vibes ladies!!!!

This is the 4th time this location has screwed me I gave them a code the code worked on my end but was not honored the cashier asked for a pen didn’t return it the manager was no help in trying to make it a comfortable transaction then I get to the next window tell the next cashier about my pen and she instructed me that I would have to pull around and wait in the long line again the store number is 5101 around 10:10 breakfast time
