The worst experience I ever had at a McDonald’s in my life. First I was in line just singing a song and the lady taking my order was very nasty with me and it turned my whole mood left from just her energy towards me. Than I order a Chips Ohay frappe and they filled my cup up only half way with a Medium cup and the icing on the cake was my cup had a whole at the bottom and it kept leaking all in my car and I didn’t have any napkins. Will never come back here again just because of how great my day was going and it just seemed like this was a personal thing from all the things that happened just for a coffee.

They never have moca frapé's, every single time I went to this one they never have it, they say we are out and don't have it at the moment but don't let anyone know on the menu screen to not order it, so I just get disappointed every single time. I just want my coffee man. Good workers though, the food is fine, except for the fact the moca frapé is never available even though they advertise it still!! Take it off if you don't even have it.

bad service whenever i come here. came to the menu to order thru the drive through just for one item to take 8 minutes to order then go to the cashier to pay and see they’re smoking inside and that’s why it took so longer to get my order done.
Lazy employees cancelled my order even though it was placed before the late night menu time ended. Horrible customer service

Response to the response: No I'm not doing that. You're McDonalds, you're not going to change how you operate a restaurant for lil ol me. I'd been trying to use you folks as my own personal roaming coffeeshop for years but that's not what you folks are into. So no problem. I already decided I'm going to support local businesses that make specialty coffee, instead.

You go thru all the hoops to make an order and then someone asks you what your order was. What? Why even have the speaker then?
Are we finally witnessing the pathetic and darkly humorous incredibly slow decline of McDonald's? Most locations I go to now are like chickens running around with their heads cut off.
I mean I could write an entire short essay on this but you get it.
I'm nearly 46 and yeah McDonald's has never been great but if it's not cheap and not fast anymore and people can't make stuff all the time then what seriously is the point of you existing?

McDonald's on Lorain Ave is the worst one to go to you have to wait to get waited on and the some of the worker are rude plus you have to wait a long time to get your food and the fries are never hot.and they forget to give you all your food you ordered.
