I live right by this McDonalds so that's the only reason I've been going to this location. They are always understaffed so quality and service is horrible. They never get my order right. I was recently served a quarter pounder that was still completely raw in the center so I had to toss it. I walked in there the other day and there was a man sitting in the dining area vaping, he was completely stoned. Try not to use the kiosk to order because there is never any paper in them to give you a receipt and if there's a problem with your total order they won't help you without a reciept.There is a Manger named Kevin who is particularly bad. I ordered an oreo Mcflurry and he put some ice cream in a cup threw a few cookie pieces on top and handed it to me. I suggest trying to stay away from this location.

The worst McDonald's ever! No matter the time of day, day of the week, there's always something wrong with my order. Tonight I waited in the drive thru line for 20+ mins only for my fries to be half frozen. Mind you, all I ordered was a double cheeseburger, small fry and a water!! then when I go in to get it fixed, 6 employees look at me, make eye contact then proceed to ignore me until the 7th person came up and asked if anyone had helped me. They need better management and better employees. The majority of the younger generation these places are hiring are rude, lazy, and the amount of entitlement is crazy! You work in the service industry, if you don't want to provide a service, don't work there!

I was there for breakfast and had ordered through the app WAY ahead of time and still waited 20 minutes for cold food and listened to the manager cussing out customers like it was our fault that they were busy. Complete caos and just a terrible argumentative atmosphere. Wouldn't go there again for any reason, and I seldom leave bad reviews, but this one is warranted!!

Absolutely horrible service at this location. 30 minutes waiting for our food....in the drive-thru!!. Went in to get our food and there was nobody working the front counter, plus there was a lobby full of people waiting. All the employees had bad attitudes and seemed like doing any type of work was just too difficult l.
