Used to work here years ago. It seems when there was a mass exodus of employees from this location to go to other McDonald’s in the area, the hiring staff hired any person that walked through the door. The service is embarrassing and the wait times are ridiculous. If the owners of this branch had any modicum of respect for themselves, they would do an overhaul of the staffing and procedures, or just shut the place down.

Everyday we come up here before work, barely anyone in line but yet we have to pull around, bagels are either hard, or very salty.

They should not be open 24 hours they always have an excuse as to why they can’t take your order, the machine is down or something. All I wanted was a simple coffee

Bad experience. No tables clean to sit at, after I found somewhere a worker went on break and was blasting his phone. I asked him to turn it down and he did but by this time I was frustrated and took my food and was leaving. I complained about the place being dirty and the rude staff and the lazy manager went off and went outside and smoked lol

I ordered ahead since i was 20 minutes out and was getting two dinner boxes with an extra 20 piece nuggets. Got there. I told them my code upon the order board. Told me to pull around, pulled to the first window. (First time ordering ahead). Lady completely ignored me, so I pulled to the second window. They asked if I had a door dash order. I said no, I ordered ahead. Before I could even finish my sentence, the lady told me to pull forward and wait. She shut the window. So I pulled ahead. Another 30 minutes later, she brings out the dinner boxes. They forgot the extra 20 piece. Another 10 minutes later. She brings out the nuggets. I won't waste my time with ordering ahead again. And I'll drive a little further and go to a different location.
This is the 6th time they have messed up my order doesn't matter if you order some thing small or a big order there gonna mess it up I got a sausage McMuffin with egg they gave me ham which I hate and cheese that I didn't order.

I always like this McDonald's because the food has always been hot in the service has always been pretty good for me and my kids even when it was little I used to bring my kids down here or I will stop and get me something to eat because I had to because I was I'm a diabetic the restaurant is always crowded and is always busy and so we will stop in and get something to eat so this is March 2024 so I've been coming here for a very long time since my kids was like 8 and 9 Sade ground I just went there today thank you smooches. Charged for Big Mac meal I didn't get. Reached out to corporate. Told to contact restaurant. Restaurant didn't answer phone. Couldn't find email address. Contacted BBB McDonald's refused to respond to them. Therefore I have no recourse. It seems petty but this is not the first time I ve been cheated. Also think about all the extra money they make doing this as if they don't already make billions of dollars.
