Terrible service during lunchtime drive-through and then you get back to work, which is three minutes down the road and I believe this food was made yesterday ice cold rock hard

When we stopped, the computers were down, so nobody was able to order any food, but the staff was absolutely lovely and offered us complementary coffees. They were so kind and just made us feel so welcomed. Absolutely five stars all day. Will definitely be back.

Waited 10 minutes in line for drive through and ordered 2 plain items. After they gave me the drinks they had me wait in a spot for my special order. They brought them both to me after waiting 10 minutes and the were were not plain. Fries were dry and ice cold. Soda syrupy. A waste of $15. Don't go there on a Friday night.

Today makes the 9th time in a row that this locations has messed up on my order. Not a hard order to make. This time it was ice tea wrong. Ordered one sweet and the other un-sweet. Both un-sweet. Not hard to see marking on the tanks. Hire people that want to work or close this place down.
Any time I come here I have a bad experience. Today I placed a mobile order for curbside. I saw the drive through was mostly empty, and the cars that pulled in were out in a few minutes. I waited 13 minutes after confirming I was parked for my order of a single sandwich before giving up.

They always forget something and then when you go in and you ask for it, they act like you’re lying and I’m so over it. It could be the smallest thing they act like they don’t wanna do their job.

Just tried the chicken strips which were just brought back. Can’t compare with the old recipe. Chicken was rubbery and greasy . It’s a no for me.

Took my meal with no issues I was in and out less than five minutes. The whole meal was fresh. Highly recommended instead of going to the one on Ridge five out of five on the cashier employee and managers good job.
