We frequently stop here for quick dinners/lunches. Id say we have a positive experience 80% of the time. Sometimes we end up waiting a really long time in the drive through or they mess up our orders. Staff are usually friendly.

Food is always made sloppy or wrong and everyday for a week I have been late to work trying to order lunch exactly at 10:30 and somehow I watch other cars get their food before me even though I ordered before them often.

Terrible company, employees are rude and disrespectful, if they are gonna act like that they should at lest get my order right
I usually only do surveys that are good positive ones. This location is known for sending you to a reserve drive thru parking spot to wait and handing your order to someone else in a different spot they send you to and getting it back from a stranger and passing it along. This particular visit I was requested to repeat the order and my food was wrong however I requested to take it wrong as I was in a rush and was refused my food. I came inside and they later fixed the error which I appreciate but this gave a negative impact to my colleague who was also doing surveys. The attitude of the employees seem very nice but they would need a better system of not making these types of errors to keep customers happy. The remodeling of the store was nice however there were wet floor signs with dry trashy floors in dining area.

I'm at this McDonald's usually once a week, on Sunday morning. In at least 2 months I have never received the correct order. I don't complain as I did once and was ignored. Also I usually have my dog in the car and can't go inside. I can't remember the last time I actually pulled up to the window and wasn't asked to either pull forward or park in 1, 2 or 3 - for scrambled eggs and bacon and a biscuit. I've gone to the Mc Donald's on Ridge and have never had an issue
