One of the workers was eating lollipops while making hash browns at 7am 🤢🤮🤮 then asked me how did I get in the doors supposed to be locked still. Very Unprofessional and just flat out nasty ash!

Disrespectful staff restaurant is said to be open to 11pm but not the inside? Most door were locked was able to get inside finally and tge lady at the counter shouted lock the doors make sure tgey ckosed in tired of people coming in here! Like how if your open till 11pm. Yall have a machine taking orders how does this change your job? Yeah ill skip this next time!

If zero stars was an option it would be too much for this McDonald's I specifically asked for fresh fries and nuggets The fries were cold the nuggets were hot but not fresh so I returned the fries and was given hotter fries but not fresh all the supervisor does here in the evening is yell at the staff and the customers alike cuts you off and refuses to listen it just seems like she was getting on everybody's nerves I witnessed her yell at a customer who was upset because he was waiting 10 minutes for cookies no hand sanitizer for customer use anywhere in the store that a female can access. The supervisor was touching all the counters and wiping her hands on her pants and touching everybody's food now that is just nasty I do not recommend this McDonald's at all I asked for two courtesy cups for water even though I witnessed a customer being given a courtesy cup I was told they don't have courtesy cups and it would be 50 cents I refuse to pay $0.50 for a cup for some water when I just bought food that was not how I ordered it and I told the manager that she needs to wash her hands and stop touching her clothes she said girl bye how rude was that!? As we pulled out of the parking lot she went outside to smoke a cigarette standing in the doorway that customers have to walk through I'm quite sure she did not wash her hands when she went back in that is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to and the manager is nasty

The whole place was dark before 10PM. If it wasn't for cars in the drive-thru, you'd think they were closed. Dark, UNFRIENDLY, the fries were COLD, and the double cheeseburger tasted like COLD grade school cafeteria food AND EXPENSIVE. $3.79 for a Value Meal double cheeseburger????? What a JOKE. Going back NEVER
