The personnel spoke clearly and were courteous. They handled the food and drinks with care. Their conversations with each other was also courteous. They worked together to achieve seamless service.Kid-friendliness: The toys in the Happy Meals relate to a current movie character that the children are familiar. It causes the children to plan for a future visit to collect all the characters on the meal box.
Employees should wait after handing food to customers in the drive thru to ensure they got their order right. Also, when ordering to much food the orders be wrong at times.

They gave me the wrong food and then the server got an attitude with me about correcting my order and did not give me a refund and kept my receipt I thought the supervisor would of had some sense but she was mad also on 1/26/24 at around 5:30 I wish I could give them 0 stars I will never go back and I suggest going to the one on a 152 and euclid

I didn't put any stars up for service because that is the point of my review. Whoever that morning crew is that takes the orders needs to cook and not have person to person contact with customers. They are rude, disengaged, condescending, and just give overall poor customer service. A manager (or whoever was working the second window) was spoken to about it yesterday morning, her detachment was alarming for a person in a supervisory capacity. She said "you know how they are fresh out of high school", like that somehow justified his poor service attitude. The young lady this morning was even worse. No one wants to start their day dealing with people who either aren't awake or make it obvious they would rather being doing something else. Do better or find somewhere else to work.
How did yall mess up my order all the way like the only thing u got right was 4 bottles of oj... like ummm yall dont know how to read it clearly said sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle and a steak egg and cheese bagel how did yall get sausage egg and cheese bagel and a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle.... make this make sense READING IS FUNDAMENTAL.

one of the cleaner McDonald's, I like this location because it's usually more fresh, fries haven't been cold , but lately my mchickens have appeared to be microwaved , they usually have crispy chicken and it has been soggy lately. hope this location maintains there freshness.
